Their website advertises same day delivery if ordered before noon. I placed an order at 9 AM hoping that it would be delivered on the same day. I also added a note in the instructions requesting for same day delivery. After not getting any status I tried calling the shop only to receive an automated response saying the voicemail box is full.
The next day we received the flowers, and they weren't anything like what was shown on their website. I ordered a forever arrangement (posted a picture from their website below) which their website describes as lasts forever and the flowers started wilting

I came here for a workshop and the owner and florist were both friendly and accommodating. I ended up making a lovely piece, and it was super fun. The florist was extremely kind and helpful and had a whole floral vibe going on. I loved my whole experience and I highly recommend their workshops. We went over time but the florist was totally fine with it, I'm so glad.

I e-mailed Pretty Things Florist super late one night with an inquiry and they responded right away. I've been struggling to find the right bouquet at a price that I could afford and time was running low but Julie (super kind) worked with me to make it all happen. When I saw my bouquet I almost teared up because it was so perfect. She even included a little boutonniere for my fiance, which I am so thankful for because it really pulled the look together. Thank you so much 💖

Pretty Things was recommended by my wedding planner, but the reason I would not recommend them is because they did not listen to what I wanted and I was left disappointed on my wedding day. I had gold… geometric terrariums that I wanted to be filled with flowers as my centrepiece. I asked for big floral topiaries on pillars to be used for my ceremony. I also asked for bouquets and boutonnières. I spent time to research up pictures of the style I wanted for everything and sent it to them. I asked for mostly florals with maybe 5-10% greenery for my topiaries but received something with

Service and the work that these ladies put into my orders are what makes me keep coming back to Pretty Things for my floral needs! They did a wonderful job with my wedding flowers, and the flowers lasted quite… a long time after the wedding.
