The Smith family purchased the business from Edward Williamson in 1938, and now has a dedicated staff of over 60 caring professionals.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Diana and the staff were when we lost my beautiful mama. She was treated with so much respect and care and Diana made a very difficult time so much easier for… me. She was so compassionate and patient with me through all of it.I am so grateful that we decided to go with Smith funeral home at this difficult time, They could not have done anything better it was all perfect.I cannot thank everyone there enough especially Diana, they truly care!

The team at Smiths helped me pre-plan my simple service and set up my repatriation coverage should something happen when I'm traveling. They also looked after my sister's final plans... and a number of my client families as well. At Smith's, you feel like you are being supported by friends and family in a difficult time. My 88 year old mother wanted to make sure that Smith’s Funeral Home was reviewed online. Her husband, my father, passed recently and Smith’s were the ones to look after the details that happen after a death. My mother and the entire family were very pleased with Smith’s care and professional standards at a very difficult time. For my mother in particular she feels that everything was looked after, there was nothing that could have been done better. She sleeps well at night knowing that after the passing of her life partner, the love of her long life, that he too would be have been impressed

Our Family could not have been more pleased with the professional service we received. I called an employee on his day off the day my Mother passed and he was so much help. The before care and after care offered were very helpful. FYI - When my Mom was first ill she wanted to go to "Smith's, because they are the best". Thank you for everything. Today is her birthday, she would like this message to you.

I have only good things to say about the service my family received at Smiths Funeral Home. Everyone was very kind and supportive, providing all the information and help we needed to make decisions at a very difficult time. We went in totally unprepared and left feeling calmer and more prepared for the days to come. The staff were great and the facilities were good. Everything went very smoothly on the day and My

It would be much better if you would provide voice mail as the call centre does not take accurate messages. After my dad's funeral I received only 13 prayer /icon cards and other items were not given as compared to my mother's funeral. I am also waiting over 1 month for accurate final paperwork. Due to the inaccuracy of the call centre, I left a detailed email message with all of the specifics. I added that I could take calls Monday to Friday until 6 pm. Yet I was called 2 times early Sunday morning and again Sunday afternoon!
