As a broker I work with Westech on a weekly basis. The service is always exemplary and we recommend them to all of our clients. I work mostly with Craig and Robyn and they really look after my clients. The are always fast to respond danced get jobs turned around quickly. I will continue to use and recommend them.

Rarely do you get a chance to have multiple Appraisals done on the same property, but Westech screwed it up so badly that we had to get two additional Appraisals done to get an accurate assessment. Coming out of the process one thing is clear, that westech was the gross outlier. Using photos that were not even of our property, they arrived at a number significantly different to that of the other reports, and a number that does not remotely reflect the market value. I would recommend you go elsewhere if you want an accurate appraisal.
