There have been many changes over the past 15 years. Joe & Nancy decided it was time to downsize and sold half of the business to a family who enjoys it for their own private use. My parents built a new house on the remaining land and also kept 3 cottages and 6 trailer sites. In 2013 my husband Paul and I purchased 2 of the remaining 3 cottages from my parents and took over the overall rentals of all the cottages.

Since then we have been busy making lots of upgrades. We have torn down our 2 older cottages and have replaced them with 2, brand new year round, rentals.

Jack's Lake Cottage Rentals is nestled in the northwest corner of Brook's Bay on beautiful Jack's Lake in the North Kawartha's. Four generations of families return to 6 seasonal trailer sites and 3 clean, comfortable housekeeping cottages. Including, two brand new 4 season rentals.one of which is wheelchair accessible!.

Our 3 bedroom RUSTIC CABIN is the last of the remaining original "Jack's Lake Lodge" cabins. You are required to bring your own: pillows, sheets, blankets/comforters, towels, soap and toilet paper. This cabin has outdoorsy, rustic charm and is suitable for those who prefer the old school style of cottage.

We had an amazing time with our family. The beach was great! The owners, Amanda and Joe are awesome. They made us feel very welcome. We will be returning next year wirh our family!

Had a beautiful week in the Rustic Cabin. The staff was very freindly and helpful. Lots of water sports at the private beach, including paddle boards, kayak and lilly pad. We plan on going back again next year.

We had our 'Ladies Fall Getaway' at the Lake House in the first week of October and couldn't have asked for a better place to be. Unfortunately the weather was very dreary and cool but we were very warm and comfortable in this spacious and beautifully finished cottage. Dealing with Amanda was a pleasure both during the booking stage and while we were there for our stay. We certainly hope to make this our go-to place for many more ladies' getaways.

Your site is off to a great start. My best guess is that the last time we were at the camp was 25 years ago and we have never forgotten the great time we had their, We were their at least 5 times when our kids were young now with our 50th coming up soon our oldest son would like to joint us in July, what a perfect way to remember being married for all those years. Thanks Amanda for sending off information to our son.
