Services
Tara has a Masters Degree in Social Work from Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand. Tara has a broad range of clinical experience, and has practiced in hospital settings, an out patient clinical team, as well as counselling in a primary care setting in both Hamilton, and New Zealand.
Tara has a warm and holistic approach, and her special interests involve teaching coping strategies to help individuals improve symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting and family issues, bereavement and loss as well as work and life related stressors.Tara values a collaborative approach to care, and enjoys guiding individuals on their journey of personal growth and wellness.

Hands down the best place to go if you need help. So glad this place was recommended to me. Don't know where the bad review came from couldn't be further from my personal experience. Helped me a lot with some really traumatic stuff that I hadn't been able to get over until I went there. I didn't even think it was fixable but was helped every step of the way. 5 stars.
