This OHIP-covered Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program is modified to address the specific needs of patients with chronic conditions (MBSR-CC). It is ideal for patients who are experiencing decreased functioning in day-to-day living as a result of chronic physical, emotional or mental conditions.
The Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program provides a systematic training in self-compassion within a safe, therapeutic environment. It teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to difficult moments in their lives with kindness, care, and understanding. Mindful self-compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported, 9-week training program, designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion.
This program is a short introduction to mindfulness. Brief lectures and discussions will assist students in learning to recognize their maladaptive habitual reactions to stress and support them in developing more appropriate conscious responses instead.

In this six-week course, meditation comes alive through a growing capacity to release our habitual entanglement in the stories and plans, conflicts and worries that make up the small sense of self, and to rest in awareness. In meditation we do this simply by acknowledging the moment-to-moment changing conditions-the pleasure and pain, the praise and blame, the litany of ideas and expectations that arise.
This program is an evidence-based, mindfulness therapy group for treatment of low sexual desire in women. Participants are encouraged to reconnect and engage with their sexuality while learning a variety of mindfulness exercises that cultivate present-moment awareness. For various reasons, many women find that they have lost their sexual desire and struggle in their attempts to rekindle it.
In this six-week (18-hour) program participants are immersed in artistic expression as a way of exploring the foundations of mindfulness, including aspects of Interpersonal Neurobiology. Experience the benefits of Mindfulness by cultivating creativity and art-making - open to all (from beginners to experienced artists).

I took the 12 week mindfulness course and learned a lot about myself. Since then I have dealt with many major health challenges and mindfulness has been a big reason why I've been able to take them in stride.
I would definitely reccomend it to anyone looking to further their own self knowledge.
