The Eye Health Centre is as always fantastic from doorway to meet with GP and practice nurses.
The reception team are without exception, polite and really helpful whether on the phone or face to face.
The Dispensary team are hugely helpful, polite and a fun group.
Dr Partide proves an exceptional service whether its a phone appointment or face to face appointment.

Receptionist are liars blatant, cannot keep to appointments now cancelled twice in the last week.

Had to change from ahmed to lewis who is no better wrong diagnos

My experience of this practice has been very positive over lockdown and in the months afterwards. The recorded message when you ring is very clear as to how your enquiry will be handled. I have needed a phone consultation with a doctor on several occasions and have had a call back the same day, usually by mid-morning.

This is a really nice health Centre, it's fairly quiet and we find it easy to get an appointment. The receptionists, nurses and GP's here are kind and helpful. The only thing that let's it down is some of the staff in the dispensary. I have had a couple of occasions where the dispensary staff have been rude and abrupt. I haven't done anything wrong except once I needed medication as I had run out, which did not go down well! They also take a very long time to serve or acknowledge you and you can sometimes wait 15 minutes just to collect a prescription ordered several days before. I am therefore
