Although we may be small we are extraordinary! The Chaparral Veterinary Clinic, located in one of Calgary's SE communities, is bursting at the seams with excitement. Boasting new ownership, the clinic has made numerous changes to revamp the little clinic. Complete with brand new staff, the husband and wife veterinary team are bringing a friendly and fresh face to the community.

In addition to the brightly painted walls, the grooming area of the clinic has gone through a fantastic makeover. Walls have been demolished to create an open and bright environment for their new groomer to pamper anyone that walks through the door. If you are looking for a new clinic, wanting a second opinion, needing a bag of pet food or just want to stop by, our cookie jar is always open and we would love to say hello.

Best clinic in town! No push sales, no money grab. Dr Gadzhev is very attentive, extremely knowledgeable and super friendly.
When I requested special vaccine for my dogs, he went above and beyond to get them for me in time.
Stuff is superb- Andreea is very accommodating and will go extra mile to make the customer happy.
Highly recommended!

I love going to get my dog checked out by both veterinarian . They are amazing and I have been going there for years. I would never take my pets anywhere else. They really care about your animals and have such big hearts 💕

I can't recommend Chaparral Veterinary Clinic enough! We adopted two kittens in the fall of 2020, and one of them ended up with a terrible URI which went untreated with our last vet. We switched to the Chaparral Veterinary Clinic shortly after, and we finally felt like our cats were in good hands. We were able to get in quickly, the vet took our concerns seriously, and within a few months our cat had completely recovered. When we had a concern about our cat earlier this year, they even allowed us to send pictures and helped us over the phone so we didn't have to go in again.

They always go above and beyond and just genuinely care about your pet. My one cat has had an on going ear problem for months and we were there all the time and they did such an amazing job caring for him and trying to get to the bottom of it. They are for sure 10/10

We have a dog that has needed lots of attention over the years due to acute allergies and being very sensitive to food and medication. Dr. Hristina and Dr. Evgeni have always been excellent, from getting us in on short notice, to always helping her feel better, to the follow up calls to see how she is doing. It is obvious they both truly care about animals and we know that our pets always receive the best care from them and their team.

I felt financially gauged almost every time here, I’ve talked to a lot of pet owners & asked them about their vet experiences to compare. More than once I’ve been given the most expensive option first but I have continued returning, my bad. Also due to digestive issues, I purchase my dogs expensive dog food here.
My last experience is the end of… Chaparral Vet Clinic for me. My morkie is only 2 years old and in the last year nail trims have become an issue. The daycare he visits 1-2 days/month have done his nails up to now. In the fall I noticed they missed his dew nails

Both vets in this clinic are negligent , greedy and don’t take good care of their pets-patients! Back in 2013 these Vets were totally different , looked like they love animals and cared for them....but, as usual little by little , they start working for money, not for the sake of poor, sick pets that supposed to be their patients! Good Veterinary… CARE for pets is not ONLY administering vaccines, overpriced dental care and fixing .......You must have something , very More to be a good, empathetic Vet! Absolutely, DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic , IF YOUR PET is Really, seriously sick

I work in British Columbia. My place of residence is Calgary. My amazing fur baby is being staying with my father while I am away. I booked an appointment at the clinic for an annual check up, to update his rabies shot and to inquire about a dental cleaning quote. I called three times prior to Puppers appointment. One: to ensure they received his… medical records and would be informed. Two: to ensure they would not perform anything more. Three: to receive a quote so that I could send my father the money in advance. They gave him more than a what I asked for and claimed my father was co owner

We took our GSD for her 2nd lot of shots, the staff are friendly and kind. The vet was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed, pricing is very fair. He even taught us how to clip her nails correctly.

Exceptional!! The care they give our fur babies cannot be measured. They are also extremely patient with the human parents who tend to wear their hearts on their sleeves. I highly recommend!!!
