The experience we had with Omega Flames was absolutely 5 star. We worked with Ian, who was incredibly knowledgable and was so responsive. He worked hard to find us the perfect fireplace and we could not be happier. The installation was done by Arek who was so kind and helpful! We would recommend Omega Flames over and over again...thank you Ian and Arek for such an incredible job.

Ian and his installer Arek were great. Ian walked us through the options and inspected the install location to make sure everything would work. Arek was friendly and cleaned up the work area when he was done. We had a follow -up question on a weekend and within minutes Ian had the answer for us. I would highly recommend them.
