Services
Relaxation massage is beneficial for stress management, anxiety reduction and overall good health. If an injury occurs or there is an imbalance causing asymmetry in the body, then the benefit of relaxation massage becomes very short lived. You now require massage therapy. Therapeutic massage begins with an assessment.
Breast massage uses gentle massage techniques directly on the breast tissue to promote lymphatic flow and scar tissue work to relieve pains & discomforts that are associated with larger breast tissue, breast cancer treatments, reconstruction to the tissue, premenstrual congestion, and pregnancy. Clients going through or overcoming breast cancer can benefit from Breast Cancer Rehabilitation.
Keniso taping is a rehabilitation technique that helps the body's natural healing method. This taping technique provides support and stability to musculture and joints, but does not restrict the body's full range of motion. Keniso taping forms convolutions in the skin which lifts the skin and increases the interstitial space and thus creates a lymphatic drainage pump.
I had not been a regular reflexology patient in the past. I am on my feet all day and started struggling with arch issues and general sore feet. I started going to Mandy about a year ago and have been an enthusiastic repeat ever since. Mandy is exceptionally professional, very good at what she does, and sincerely cares about her clients.

This place used to be good (my previous rating was 5 stars), but the last several times I was there, the appointments kept getting shorter and shorter. The last time I was there, my actual massage was less than a half hour, even though I had paid for 45 minutes. The clock in the room was set 5 minutes fast, the amount of time I was given at the beginning to change was enough for someone to change in and out of their clothes 15 times, and the session ended early.

Had my first massage there today and am over the moon happy. It was an all around pleasant experience from booking the appointment, the cleanliness of the facility to being massaged. My massage therapist was Carmina and she was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns, addressed them during the massage and ensured I was comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

Had a fantastic massage today at Body Logic ( first time here)! This place is clean and has a laid back atmosphere! My massage therapist was Carmina and she was absolutely amazing. I was suffer some major lower back pain and she took her time to evaluate what was going on and come up with the perfect plan to target my problem area. Happy to say that she increased my range of motion and decreased the stiffness significantly! I for sure will be back!!

I have had spinal stenosis an peripheral neuropathy for years and it has seriously affected my balance and walking. After being treated by many therapists who did not help I went to Shelly Rhoades at Bodylogic in Winnipeg and for the first time got treatment that helped and got relief from pain and more mobility. She understood my conditions and knew what treatment was required

I am just now able to post my review...I had to take a nap because I was so relaxed...Erica Mendoza is freakin' amazing! I appreciated her being prompt & professional (as well as being funny)....the techniques that she used on my entire body were terrific...(especially on the heels of my feet, loved it!)...she paid attention to places on my body that I didn't even know needed massaging, like the front & back of my forearms, Wow! I really enjoyed my massage and I even made future standing appts....it was great!
