Just West of Okotoks and South of the Big Rock on 48 ST W you will find this larger parcel of hay land with "Spring Creek" running through it! Great parcel that has a timothy brome grass mix for haying and or grazing. Creek provides excellent watering opportunities for livestock and not to mention aesthetic value.

I hired Curtis Patton to manage my acerage while I was out of the country. I returned to disaster. All I received was a $300 disposal fee meanwhile I have weeks of cleanup, piles of trash, all kinds of damage to my outbuildings and house. Do not use this company to manage your rental. I never seen a dime of the damage deposit from the tenants. If I could rate zero stars I would.

After experiencing other property management companies over the year’s, I was very happy with my experience with Prairie Management & Realty. Prairie Management has been our Property Manager for over 5 years. In that time they've always been professional, courteous, and accommodating in every situation. Prairie has proven to be a valued asset when our Board has needed advice when it came to issues involving condo owners and interpretation of the Condo Act. They even actively participate in our community events to really get to know our condo owners. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any condo community.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Andrew and Susan over the last decade. They have always been easy to work with and make sure their properties have payment to us on time every time. To me having a local property manager is the best way to stay on top of your properties. I also work with several other managers out of the area and they just don't have the care or service that Prairie Management does. I highly recommend this company for your management needs.

I have been renting from Prairie Management for over 15 years off and on in many different homes. I have never had any issues with them, and I always recommend them to anyone I know that is looking for a place to rent or a property they need managed. If there is ever anything needing fixed they are on it ASAP. If you want to work with a stress free company I strongly recommend you go with them.
