Dry Aged
Dry Aged is a small specialty butcher shop in the heart of Port Credit, Mississauga. We offer premium quality meats and poultry, as well as cheese, deli, produce, and fine foods. Our specialty is dry aged beef. Our beef has been hung for several weeks to allow the beef's natural enzymes to break down the muscle tissue, producing a gamier, heightened flavour and tender texture.

At our butcher counter you will find only hormone and antibiotic-free meats and free-range, air-chilled chicken. We serve a variety of premium meats, including Ontario lamb, Ontario white and red veal, Berkshire pork, and a range of game meats like boar, red deer and venison. We also offer a number of organic products, including certified organic chicken and organic free-range eggs.

Wow. The best steak I’ve ever had honestly. First time coming here, the selection was phenomenal. They carry everything you need to prepare a proper steak dinner including sides. I took a cut of the Rib-eye, I’ll definitely be going back really soon to try out more cuts. All their steaks are dry aged a minimum of 60 days. Best butcher in the GTA!

This is the second time I visited the store.
The quality of the dry aged beef here is amazing!
I started my own dry aging beef at home and asked them to sell me some of their beef with the developed culture still on it, which they were happy to help me with.
Great people, great store and great product!
I highly recommend this as the best dry aged beef store in GTA!

Amazing quality meat and awesome service. Their selection of fine foods and meat are rare to find in GTA and Toronto. Besides the quality their price is fair and good as well. If you want to have quality steak dinner, Dry Aged have everything you need to prepare your meal.

Ive been here a few times and they generally have good cuts of quality beef. The japanese wagyu is a bit overpriced and they arent very up front about where its frombor other info, but thats a specialty item so its okay for someone who doesnt want to travel to a japanese butcher shop.
Owner is a good guy but service isnt great from the rest of the staff. Even when i was the only one their they were very unhelpful ryde with ansers to some normal questions, like "is that Prime grade?". They seem disinterested. But overall very good.

This is a great butcher shop. The quality of the meat is the best. You get what you pay for. We have ordered the striploin, the rib steak and the lamb chops all top notch. Why go anywhere else?

This is an amazing little butcher shop, with a fabulous meat counter and a varied and eclectic mix of other edibles.
The meat itself is worth the visit.... they cut steaks beautifully (thick) and their meat selection includes game as well as the traditional.
Great selection of prepared foods as well. I love their hamburgers (try the Sujuk) and their 5 Game Terrine is the perfect lunch or snack element. Great cheese selection.
And other things from fresh vegetables to pasta and all kinds of oils and spices to preserved lemons.

I get a lot of steak from a lot of restaurants and butchers. Saying someone is lying is bold but I seriously question their dry aging times advertised. I've had steaks of various cuts (t bone, rib eye) aged 45+ days plus and they are very potent. This butcher however has very little to zero dry aged taste. I had a 80 day aged t bone and there was no dry aged flavour to it whatsoever. This seriously makes me question their authenticity of how long they age their steaks. Overall the steaks are decent quality but tastes like a non aged steak.

I finally found my new butcher!

Came here based on a recommendation from a friend and I'm here to pass on that recommendation to you. Upon entering the shop I found it to be extremely clean, organized and friendly. Every employee I saw made it their prerogative to say hello and ask if I needed any assistance. I ended up bouncing some questions off them regarding the different cuts of meat and techniques on cooking. I ended up using all their pointers and they even helped recommend a great spice for me.

I really enjoyed that the shop had everything you needed for your next bbq - meats,

If you want the best meat and service then this is the place. Sausage, steaks, blood pudding, all have been heavenly.
The store is well laid out and they will vacuum pack products on request. I flew to New Brunswick in October with all the necessities to cook a full English breakfast without any problem with blood or leakage!

My wife and I purchased a couple of 60 day aged Ribeye (Canada Prime Grade) from here, and suffice it to say, we were ecstatic with the quality. These guys know what they are doing. The flavor was wonderfully concentrated and the tenderness unsurpassed.

Beyond that, they also carry Australian Wagyu and other high end meats, sausage, burgers and produce all of which was of the highest quality. But the 60 day aging they do in house is the real value add here. These were the best steaks my wife and I have had, and we live in the country surrounded by organic beef farms. Seriously.

My highest recommendation

LOVED the place, it's heaven. The meat is great. I liked both beef and Chicken, and with the beef I tried only Dry aged cuts. I got 3 different cuts in 3 different occasions, I tried the tenderloin, Ribeye & Strip-loin. I recommend them all. I tried the Deer chops, don't recommend it at all, very tough, I cooked the firs tone was the butcher recommended (Medium rare) and couldn't chew it. Then the 2nd one I didn't eat it straight off the grill it in, but instead, I heated it in the oven while covered in foil to keep the juices inside, and it was better, closer to medium well, but kinda tender.
