We started our monthly piano recitals on September. Free of charge, it is lots of joy for all of us! First time it took place at the Leaside Retirement Residence. Students and the parents loved it! The locations are going to be different from time to time: library, old community houses, retirement residences, school hall etc.
Services
Tonic Sol-Fa as a singing method that uses words and Hand Signs for every note in a scale (Zoltan Kodaly Method). Children can sing accurately at an early age. Some research supports the fact that a child's range of tones increases progressively from ages TWO through FIVE. The most common range for group singing of young children involves the pitches D to A, just above middle C on the piano.
Make-ups lessons will be scheduled at the existing lesson time if possible, subject to space and availability. Please limit your lesson cancellations to illness and emergencies only. Please note: Should your teacher not receive at least 24 hours notice, a make-up lesson will not be scheduled and the student will be charged for the missed lesson.

Both my son (11) and daughter (6) are studying Piano with Polina. My son has been with her for a year and half and I can’t believe the progress he has made! Polina is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and best of all inspiring for the kids. She also organizes regular concerts to motivate the kids and create interests. Highly recommended!

We love coming to see Polina. Our son is definitely learning proper technique and form but he also has a lot of fun, there’s lots of variety, and he always wants to come back week after week. No complaining about having to go to piano. Our biggest hope at his age is just that he falls in love with music so he wants to stay with it - and we are certainly seeing that happen in Polina’s studio!

My two boys study with Polina and she has shown over the years that she has all the skills required to properly instruct and coach and direct the musician of all ages. A combination of her diligence and patience provide for an inviting and professional environment. We highly recommend Polina to all ages.

My 13 year old son has been working with Polina for about 8 months. During this time, he has completed an RCM examination, and she is now challenging him at an RCM instructional level that better suits his strengths and needs. Since working with her, my son appears to be playing pieces with more refinement and confidence. I have been impressed with his progress.

My son EVEN is learning piano here. His teacher is Polina. She is an excellent teacher who not only can stimulate students love music more and more, but also has great responsibility and would like to spend extra time to help student improve their skill while exam is coming . EVEN loves his teacher very much, so do I.
