Services
Terry Sidhu was born in Mission, BC, grew up in Chilliwack, and relocated to Abbotsford before he began his career working as a realtor. During his time as a realtor, he took the Real Estate Agent's Nominee licensing course and worked as a mortgage lender for some time. Terry's love and passion for serving the public in the real estate field led him to pursue a career as a Notary Public.
Whether you are buying a home, selling a home, or switching mortgage lenders, Sidhu and Associates will ensure that your best interests are served and protected. We will register all relevant paperwork and ensure that all funds are appropriately transferred. Once your real estate transaction is firm and conditions have been removed, we receive your contract of purchase and sale from your realtor or yourself.
We provide careful guidance and consideration to accurately document your wishes for you while living and for your estate after your passing. This includes the careful documentation of how you would like your estate to be distributed when you pass away, appointing people you trust to care for your finances and legal affairs and providing clear directions regarding your healthcare choices to trusted individuals of your choosing.
For notarizations, we require that the person that is signing be present and bring government picture identification. The price of a notarization may vary depending on the nature of the document. Notarization is when a notary public witnesses your signature in a document. In doing so, notaries legally clarify that the imprinted signature actually corresponds to the person referred to as signatory in the document.

I agree with most of the negative reviews on here. This was not a great experience. Here are some of the reasons:
1) Late responses.
2) Unprofessional. Poor attitude.
3) Unexpected holdback costs that weren't mentioned prior to attending the office. We only find out about the outstanding charges when you're at the office finalizing papers. No choice but to sign as the finalization of the house sales were the following day.
4) Holdback payments took over 5 months to return back to us.
5) When they finally decide to send the cheque for the holdback, they sent it to the wrong address.
Overall
