Since 1999 I have been helping clients buy and sell their homes. I have lived in Abbotsford since 1987 with my wife, Kristal and our three children. Our oldest son is married and is completing his Engineering degree at UBC; our daughter is attending UFV and is working on her social work degree; and our youngest son just graduated from MEI Secondary and will be attending Capernwray Sweden in the fall.

We have bought and sold with Bob twice now, and both experiences have been very enjoyable. Highlight of the last time we sold with Bob is he had an open house during a snow storm and Bob was out there with shovel in hand. Bob made himself available to us at the drop of a hat - our original realtor - supposedly one of "the best in Abbotsford" - decided not to show us several opportunities because, at the last minute, he decided to take a trip somewhere else.
