Rod did what others could not do in 2 years. When we listed our place with Rod he asked us what our top n bottom price was and said he would be disappointed in himself if he could not bring a buyer to us for this land acquisition deal within 4 months. Not only did we have offers...he only brought us serious buyers and did so quicker than we had expected . There is open communication and gets back to us quickly without having to chase him for answers. It's been a great pleasure working with Rod . If your looking for up front open communication with no sugar coating he is the one I recommend.

The market wasn't great when we were looking for our first townhouse especially with Covid lurking around every corner but Rod's persistence allowed us to see several places. We found one we loved and he fought for us to get the deal done. The mortgage broker he recommended was also great and made this whole process easier for us. He kept us updated and educated so we could make the best decisions. We will be using him again when we sell!

We found Rod Friesen to have anger and ego issues. Would rate him a zero if we could.
We hired him to sell our house. He made our house selling experience miserable. We found him to be lazy and non approachable when we made requests. When an offer came in, he pressured us and was very hostile. He was not looking out for our best interests, all he cared about was getting his money. After we accepted the offer, his customer service was non existent. When it came time to buy a house we hired a different realtor, and were happy with their service.

I think Rod is a 5 out of 5! I found him to be very comfortable to be with as soon as we met. He answered my requests to look at specific condos or any other concerns promptly and efficiently. I never felt his first priority was to make a sale and that was important for me. No pressure - honest opinions - knowledgeable in his field. We can't thank Rod enough! The effort he put into selling our home in Mission went above and beyond. He was extremely professional and more than personable! We were able to move to another province and leave everything in Rod's hands. We had total trust in Rod and before we knew it our house was sold.
