What an excellent job this fella did. Took in my redwings to get some parts restitched as they were coming a little undone and they turned out great.
Not only was the price very reasonable, he also buffed my boots which I didn't expect at all!
I'll absolutely be coming back here for all my cobbler needs.

Wow! Don is the exact type of guy you hope is running a Cobbler in this day and age. An old school, good hearted, honest man with his ethics in check. I will be a customer for life and continue to make the trip out from Langley to New West for any other boot repairs in the future.

So amazingly fortunate to have found this multi-skilled and creative cobbler. 'Quipping with Don that he could stitch leather hearts over the heels repair of beloved Baffin work and hiking boots; came back a few hours later to better than "new" favourite footwear at an incredibly economical price. Seeing the great reviews, I brought in a pair of shoes to get the heels replaced again. The work is superior (using thicker quality materials done with better craftsmanship) available faster than the previous repair work done elsewhere at similar costs. Don is personable, professional and provided understanding I would otherwise not be able to know. Would definitely return and recommend.

This cobbler did a beautiful job of repairing my son's leather boots. They were available for pick-up the next day at a very reasonable price. On another occasion, I took in a belt to have another notch added, and he put aside what he was doing and punched another hole right there on the spot!
The owner is professional, yet friendly. If you want a job well done at very reasonable rates, then look no further than this old-school craftsman. I highly recommend him.
