Kevin is a class act. Diagnosed my refrigerator issue over the phone and unfortunately couldn’t help me as the part needed was no longer available (14 yr old fridge). But shared with me a company that could potentially rebuild the faulty part. With his suggestion I was able to repair the unit myself. Kevin didn’t earn a dime from the interaction but saved me bundle. When I do need a visit, Kevin will be the first I call!

Tried To book an appointment on line but would not confirm it and when i called was treated like it was my fault and somehow should have just guessed they were coming. Then told no time window so i would just have To sit and wait the whole day till they showed up. They were arrogant and so i cancelled and booked with another who quickly confirmed with a 4 hour time window. Perhaps they are good at the work but didn't get that far but their client contact was incompetent and arrogant.

Called North Durham Appliance to fix my gas oven's door. Right of the bat they asked for a model number and diagnosed the problem I had simply by me saying the door won't close. Every other company I called gave their diagnostic fee's and then would take a look. North Durham showed their expertise before even sending a tech. Their fees given for parts and service were both affordable compared to other repair shops. Would highly recommend North Durham Appliance.

This company came in to fix a handle on my stove. The serviceman assigned was Kevin. Within 5 mins of arriving he lifted the glass top of the stove and broke it. Upon reacting to the fact that our stovetop was broken, Kevin proceeded to rudely declare that it was our fault because it had a chip.
While I fully understand that a pre-existing chip… could lead to additional damage I have two major issues with this incident: - Kevin's response and poor attitude; - The manner in which the incident unfolded. At a minimum I would have expected Kevin to notify us of the possibility of the glass breaking
