Castleridge Veterinary Clinic is proud to serve the Calgary Alberta area for everything pet related. Our veterinary clinic and animal hospital is run by Cori Lepine, who is a licensed, experienced Practice Manager/Owner and Registered Veterinary Technologist. Our team is committed to educating our clients in how to keep your pets healthy year round, with good nutrition and exercise.
Cori is the administrator of the clinic, a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, a graduate from the Veterinary Hospital Managers Program and a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT). Cori is our newest RVT, but most senior employee. Cori began at the clinic as a volunteer in 1988 and has since become our manager.

We at Castleridge Veterinary Clinic in Calgary Alberta have assembled an expert team of veterinary professionals to bring you the best possible healthcare for your pet. We have a state of the art veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient.
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us or come to the hospital immediately.
Dr. Jesmer is one of our veterinarians and the owner of the Castleridge Veterinary Clinic. He graduated in 1976 from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Gratz grew up on a small farm near Olds, Alberta. After graduating from veterinary medicine at the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Gratz worked for several years in mixed practice in eastern Alberta.

We have brought two pups here for their initial vaccines and microchips. They're always friendly, make us feel welcome, and go above and beyond to make the whole visit a pleasant experience. When we recently went through a rather scary dental event with our pup, their support was amazing! They truly work as a team and they don't come across as being motivated by profit and unnecessary diagnostics as we have experienced countless times before. Been a client at Castleridge for 15 years and now a returning customer with my new dog! As always, we have been extremely pleased and give the doctors at Castleridge full trust with our pets.
They provide us full transparency regarding any medical/health concerns and do not 'sugar coat' anything. They are very upfront with any issues my dog may have. They always provide plenty of articles and resources for us to read to help with any condition our dog is experiencing. Rather then jumping straight to prescribing medication, they help you by educating pet owners about

My cat became a regular at Castleridge for the last few years of her life, and they were always good with her, and helpful in coming up with care plans and answering all my questions. Never had any issues. Recently brought our dog in for a dental cleaning/surgery as well and everything went extremely well. Definitely recommend them. Their entire team is lovely.

As a first time fur-mom, I am so incredibly happy and blessed to bring my Unikah in this place. The staffs are very knowlegeable and empathetic towards my baby and I felt the "feel-at-home" comfortability and the trust they instill in me. Can't wait to visit again for her next vaccination. This is not my regular vet, however this place was the only Veterinary clinic that was able to fit my cat in to get spayed. (she was in heat and having a hard time) It was $80 more then my regular vet but I could not wait until mid April. They were very friendly, explained the whole process and instructions in detail. I even got a follow up phone call to make sure Gingy was doing okay. They gave us a picture of our cat on a few tags and magnet. Super impressed with them! I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

We loved loved loved this clinic for our fur babies. Always so friendly, informative, and kind. The only complaint, is their dishonesty with pricing. I would pay what needs to be paid for my girls, but a heads… up would be nice. When my girl goes in for a shot, and I was quoted FOR JUST THE SHOT(S) and it is double the price. I was shocked. Then, when talking to the tech, i mentioned i will have to go else where cause this isnt what I was told... i litterally got.. "oh well ok!" GREAT VETS... CRAPPY RECEPTIONIST/TECHS!

Their compassion and honest opinions when it comes to your fur baby is something I appreciate the most. I have been a customer since 2005 and had to say our final goodbye to our precious Zoey 2 weeks ago, and I… can’t thank everyone enough for their compassion during the entire process.

I did my research before pulling the trigger on just any veterinary clinic, I was recommended a few good ones throughout the city but this one stood out to me because of the google reviews.
So I decided to call and see what their rates were and ask for more information on their doctors, before I even got to asking any questions I had the best conversation with the receptionist, I’m a new dog owner and had a ton of questions, the lady I spoke to (I wish I got her name) was so friendly, we spoke for about an hour and after that I knew they were the one so I booked and to no surprise the staff

Today I had to bring my dog into the vet and our normal vet couldn’t take her so I ended up here. I showed up in a huge panic because of the signs my dog was showing I was crying I was not the best customer. But the vet as well as front desk staff were extremely kind and very compassionate to how I was feeling. Thankfully nothing is overly wrong with my baby but I was very appreciative of the care and concern we were shown today. 100% I would recommend this vet!
