How Our Service Works Report

1: Please drop us a line via phone call, text or email and we will arrange for our driver to drop off a welcome package directly to your door.* 2: Simply fill the bag with the items you want to send to us for cleaning. You can also call us BEFORE your scheduled pick up day, and we can take your information, and set you up in our system, over the phone at 416-429-5411.

I have been using this service for about 5-6 years and I can't imagine getting my dry cleaning done any other way. I put my clothes out Tues morning in the laundry bag supplied, and the dry cleaned clothes are dropped off the next day, and the services are billed to my credit card monthly. Simple. No driving to those small, congested dry cleaners parking areas, no snow, no rain etc.

We’ve used the service for years. They are committed to an excellent customer experience. A few years ago, they actually drove across the city at rush hour to deliver my drapes. Always polite and helpful even if you forget to leave your bag out on your pick up day.

We have been using Direct to Home for several years and they have always been consistently great. My only suggestion would be that they offer payment via ETransfer as writing a cheque these days seems archaic. Other than that, their service is top notch.

We have had Direct-To-Home provide our dry cleaning needs for many years and have always had positive results. As well as our clothing, we have outdoor drapes that are very long, and after a summer of racoons playing on them, are filthy. They come back every time good as new! I highly recommend Direct-To-Home. I also really like the recorded reminder call we get every week to put out anything we have.
