I brought one trench coat in , well-worn since last cleaning, and it came back spotless after Thanksgiving 2021.

Please don’t use their services. We had used them quite often for a number of items. Everything from linen, clothing, patio cover furniture, etc. They would send items back that were shrunken, over processed, and destroyed. Very inconsistent with their quality of service.
They’ve sent back expensive garments that now reek of chemicals. The smell doesn’t go away. When the owner came to pick up my dry cleaning I brought this to his attention. A Rosedale institution, Ashbury Cleaners is one of the best at what they do. They are a bit pricey, but they know how to remove practically any stain you can imagine. (Mike Sr. Is a stain-MASTER at this).
Their current seamstress/tailor is second to none - the BEST in the city. Rose, the co-manager, is well liked by the neighborhood, and is a fountain of knowledge.

I had the worst experience with the customer service ever!
My clothes have been both torn during their cleaning process and stains were still left on them. When I tried to speak to them about it, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help me. I was charged full price!
