Super satisfied with my experience at Stop N Go Burlington. The staff were knowledgeable about the fixes my vehicle required and had quick solutions to get me back on the road safely. Todd was awesome to deal with, walking me through each step of the repairs I needed and explained them well. I was provided a courtesy car on the spot that fit my family which helped me carry out my regular day -to-day while my car was being worked on. I had heard their reputation was good. When I walked in I was immediately taken care of by Matt and made the process very smooth and 'relatively' painless (the Lincoln needed LOTS of work). He helped me get a rental car. He explained their process very clearly and it was clear he factored in all the inconveniences I was experiencing with a car repair customer - real empathy.
The whole Stop N Go process with the full diagnostic and emailed / texted to me once it was completed was pretty impressive. Super modern approach to repairs.
It ended well with a smooth after hours pickup.

Been coming here for the last year (brake service, oil change, tires, check engine light diagnostic) and the quality and service have been consistently great. Staff is easy to talk to, very responsive with messages, and super patient with explaining what needs to be done. The detailed reports/photos and the complimentary loaner car are great bonuses.

My sister in law mentioned she has used this company for many years and are very good. I decided I would try them and was extremely pleased with the service they gave. They checked 47 items on my vehicle and found 6 that should be looked at. They sent me pictures and descriptions of what should be done and pricing. It was priced just fine and I had them do all suggestions. It's a 2015 vehicle and drives like a 2021 now. I'm glad I went and will definitely go back

5 star isn't a high enough rating for Stop N Go Automotive. A friend of mine recommended them. The dealership that I was a loyal customer to didn't have the time, courtesy or interest in solving my issue; when I arrived at Stop N Go I was greeted by Matt (who is amazing!) and he asked me what they could help with. Long story short my sunroof malfunctioned and wouldn't close, expecting rain, I have leather/suede interior and no garage. First time dealing with this company and what a fantastic experience. Courteous, knowledgeable, and transparent. Being up front about everything that my car needed and what it didn’t need was a great stress reliever. Not only did I get a loaner, but I was called to come get my car within a reasonable amount of time, considering I was getting my brakes, oil change and filters replaced.

First time customer and I have found a new home for regular service on my vehicle. After 3 visits and enormous charges with no resolve at the Dealer, I was recommended to go to Stop N Go. Prior to starting the work,Todd explained every detail. Even showing me the old parts that were replaced. Thank-you to everyone at Stop N Go who was involved with having my car running like new. This is not your usual garage. In my case, simple e-test. My regular mechanic recommended these guys as I'm in Burlington and he's Hamilton and couldn't accommodate my schedule to get this in time and he has referred several people here. Walking in, people are happy, not just trying to be to be polite to customers but actually happy, customers too. I watched several transactions and people not frustrated, annoyed, etc to get $1200 - $1800 bills as is the norm I've seen elsewhere and everyone joking as they go about their business. It's like everyone was family to them
