It is one of the largest and most diversified studios in the area offering a variety of classes and healing therapies. Our mission at be is evolution and transformation through practicing and living the teachings of yoga. Together we seek and inspire the tribe to cultivate balance, ease, health, wellness and a deep sense of love for themselves, others and the planet.

Services
We encourage you to take a look at our class descriptions online, or speak to our knowledgeable staff about your questions and concerns. We also have a ongoing introduction to yoga workshops that are a great way to get started, learn and grow in your practise! Be patient and listen to your body as your practice grows.
Join us for a basic zero-gravity yoga class moving through traditional poses with the help of a silk hammock attached to the ceiling. Using the silk as a prop; you can take your lunges, backbends and inversions to a whole new level. The class will help to demonstrate simple wrist and ankle locks important to advance through an aerial practice and set you up to fly.
Whether its more basic instruction to create a strong foundational knowledge of the practice, to help rehabilitate a specific injury or to delve a little deeper into the practice and get answers for the questions you want to blurt out in class, we can partner you with the right guide for your journey.
I work one on one with clients to improve their mind, body and soul wellness using ayurvedic herbs, diet, exercise, meditation, pranayama, and yoga. R.H (Registered herbalist), Licensed Holistic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Consultant, Detox and Rejuvenating Panchakarma Therapist, Registered Herbalist, Pranayama Master, Ayurvedic Herbal Therapist, Meditation instructor.
Jennifer has been practicing in Burlington since 1994. She is registered with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America (BCTA/NA) www.craniosacraltherapy.org, and is a graduate of the Ohashi Institute in NYC, as well as the National Ballet Schools' teacher training program. After a career as a Professional Ballet Dancer and a skiing accident, Jennifer chose to follow a path of healing.

I have attended Be Yoga since Feb./13 and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. It is an excellent facility designed to deliver high quality yoga classes. The instructors are well trained and provide superior instruction with great care directed toward the attendees' safety and well being. I have been a member at this studio for 4 months now and I can’t say enough positive things about it. The instructors are all amazing, knowledgeable and offer such a variety of classes, sequences and music. The studio owner, Monica, is beyond lovely and a badass yogi. Her cuing is incredible, she breaks things down and offers modifications for all levels . She even explains the benefits and physiology behind poses. I absolutely feel so grateful to be a part of this awesome studio that has a strong sense of community. Highly highly recommend be yoga and wellness!

This is my favourite yoga studio in the city. The energy is amazing with fresh plants everywhere. I am very sensitive to smells and I never get headaches. There are classes for every level from beginner to advanced but they go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Their hot yoga is not too hot where it makes you feel sick while still giving all the benefits of warming the muscles. Can’t say enough about this place!!

I would highly recommend beyoga. They have a plenty of times for classes to chose from and a nice variety of hot and regular classes. All the instructors are great and have their own unique way of teaching. The front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming :)

Be Yoga And Wellness is definitely a great studio! All the instructors are very friendly, knowledgable and inspiring. They have a wide range of classes and the times are so convenient, I can always get a class in. I also love that they offer hot yoga and regular temperature classes, as well they offer aerial yoga!

Be Yoga is absolutely the best place to practice in Burlington.
The variety of classes will suit anyone at any yoga level. A great place to practice in clean, beautiful, and comfortable surroundings.

I absolutely adore this studio and the lovely people who teach, work and volunteer here! I definitely can't get enough of Lauren's Aerial Yoga classes. They are the perfect blend of fun and relaxation which definitely brings me into the studio more often! Dustin is also such a knowledgeable and encouraging teacher that he makes me want to improve and put more energy into my practice. All in all, great space and great choice to start or continue your practice! 5/5 :D

All time favourite studio! There are three practice rooms and a wide variety of hot and regular temperature class styles-- aerial yoga, pilates reformer, sculpt and tone, hatha, vinyasa, restorative, detox, etc. A fully rounded practice is made available to students with a wide variety of class times to fit all schedules!!
