I appreciate all they've done for my pups. They are very knowledgeable and will walk me through the exam very thoroughly. They are caring, sympathetic and I have no words to describe how comfortable they make myself and pups feel. Always clean, follows protocols like any other medical clinic. Reading some of the one star reviews and it seems to be about cost. This clinic has never made me feel uncomfortable about price. They always give me options and which path I want to take at no pressure at all. This clinic follows basic medical practice. Coming from a medical office myself, if you're late

We had a horrible experience at this clinic. They ripped us off. They almost killed our pet through lack of experience and incompetence. Not sure if the owner is still hiring a bunch of inexperienced trainees or not. We found her to be unhelpful and uncooperative.

I don’t think I could be happier with our recent experience at the falconridge animal hospital.
It was a routine puppy check and vaccination for my fur baby. The staff are exceptionally friendly, caring and knowledgeable! There was and still is clear communication. The clinic is nice and clean with a calm atmosphere. I felt welcome to ask all of my many questions about our new pup. My shy girl was even taking treats from the staff which says a lot! I will definitely be taking my puppers here for all her health care needs!
I love the doggy report card that she got sent home with too! A++

Everyone from the front desk staff to the veterinarians were very nice, prompt and professional. The veterinarian who did the check-up on our rabbit was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to any concerns we had and gave very useful recommendations. The information given for booking of appointments, cost of services and animal report cards was detailed, yet straight to the point and clear. Thank you very much!

The compassion and thoughtfulness was above and beyond.
The outcome for our beloved cat, Gary was not what we were expecting or wanted to hear, but in the end all of the staff at the clinic were so comforting and supportive. They really took the time to explain things and when I would call the clinic with random questions or concerns, the time was taken to get my questions answered from the appropriate person that same day.
I can't thank you enough for your support to our family and Gary in his final days, it truly helped during that difficult time.

Definitely recommend taking your animals here! Started taking my puppy here when i first got him and theyve done nothing but be helpful. All the staff there are amazing, they treat my puppy very well along with us. They truly care about what's best for the animals and always recommend this place to people!

I brought my ferret in for a check up and ended up getting the worst possible news, but with the absolute most care and compassion imaginable. The entire team helped take care of her with so much love, and when I get another pet in the future I absolutely want the same vet ❤️

Falconridge Animal Hospital has great staff always friendly, great service. Dr. Rix has been my go to vet for everything. Though they now employ multiple vets as they've grown which are just as great and helpful.
Been going here for about 10 + yrs.
Wouldn't change a thing and highly recommend.

All the staff are really friendly and are fantastic with all of my animals. They are very gentle and caring. My cat isn't always too kind to vets and he hasn't had a problem being handled by their staff. Very patient.
