Coulda, shoulda, woulda. Last month I was in LA while I had plenty of time shopping, I wasn't in the mood to look for work shoes. It's a good thing Ala Moana is so convenient to make another visit. I've gone through a hand full of Cole Haan's because they are one of the most comfortable shoes for work wear. They may not be the most prettiest shoes, but they are indeed comfortable and affordable too!

I absolutely love shopping for footwear at Cole Haan! It's the perfect mix of style and comfort. Over the years, I've bought many pairs here, but my favorites are their skimmer flats and perforated trainers. They're so light and did I mention comfy?! They're great for wearing on your feet all day to work or for travel. I've never regretted buying anything from here (even heel pumps), especially because they have excellent customer service. They're knowledgeable about their products and are genuinely happy to help you find the perfect fit. It's a bit pricey,

This store is top notch. Great service from the assist mgr! 40% off the sale items. I managed to grab two pairs! Brown and black of the grand zero wool stitch shoes. Lots of sizes available. Looks like folks in Hawaii don't wear Cole haan as much as folks in the mainland so I was able to find all my sizes lol. Anyway I'm happy. Great finds here with lots of sizes.

I love the Cole Haan brand and these ladies at Cole Haan only make it better. I have to acknowledge Sam and April for their help in making my purchases. They've been so gracious and accommodating . I've been watching these shoes and when they finally went on sale, I knew I had to get them ! The black one (Grandevolution Velox) is on sale now for $146.30 at the store and the white one which is sold out in the store is even cheaper on Cole Haan's online store. These shoes when their gone, their gone ! Had to get them! Thank you ladies ! Happy Holidays !

So my fiancée and I decided to go here, so that I could get him a belated Valentines gift. He has been eyeing out these shoes that he saw online that he wanted. We walked in on a Wednesday early evening around 530pm, no one greeted us when we walked in. Okay, I get it. Two employees enjoying a conversation- it happens.

For 2 days now I had to come to the mall... both days I stopped into Cole Haan to buy a pair of shoes.I had recently bought some online and I liked them so much I decided to forgo the discount online and just but some locally. But both days I.must have stood in the store and waited for 10-15 mins without anyone swing if I needed help. They were too busy talking about the weekend. Stay away if u want customer service.

My poor Payless flats, my favorite pair, have become a ratty mess. I was determined to find a replacement pair that will last me a while -- meaning not Payless. O_O
I originally came across Cole Haan shoes at Nordstrom, and thought they were so comfortable, but they didn't have my size. Knowing there was a Cole Haan store in the mall, I found myself here.
Tony helped me out during my initial visit, where I tried on the wedges and flats they had

Awesome customer service, timeless pieces, and buttery leather goods. I have several pieces that have lasted me many years. You get what you pay for and CH doesn't disappoint. The sale selection doesn't hurt either. Beware gents and ladies once you walk in, you will leave with a jacket, handbag, or shoes.

Cole Haan is a family favorite when it comes to buying good quality leather goods, whether it's handbags or shoes. They are running a great 30% off sale for Black Friday! They have a very helpful and friendly staff and they're always trying to help you find what you need. My mom bought a new leather wallet for 30% off the original price and the sales person was very helpful in finding her a new one and searched for over 5 minutes until he found one. I bought a hand bag here on sale and when it was marked down further, the salesperson actually called me to tell me that she had credited me even more...

I was just planning on looking at a shoe--a beautiful pair of oxfords. I had told myself before entering, you just want to see it in person so you can tell yourself it's not worth the price.
Okay, so none of that happened like how I wanted it to. I saw my beloved oxfords on the shelf and they were BEAUTIFUL! They were definitely worth the price and while I wrestled with my decision, trying to figure out if I could live on spam and rice for the next month in order to afford it, I was approached by a very helpful employee who asked if I needed any help. Totally approachable and down to earth
