I love this store and all the people working here! You will always find the best European made footwear, unique shoes, and all with real leather. I broke a toe and had to find good sturdy footwear, great quality a must. I walked in and was out in 10 minutes with a pair of shoes that is right for me at this time...I cannot wait to return and go mad shopping for fall shoes!

The woman running the shop was really sweet so I feel bad giving a bad review.
But, I bought a pair of Vionics on sale, and it was mentioned as I was paying that they were final sale...I should have stopped the sale. After 10km walking in these shoes, they are garbage. Coming unglued and un stitched after less than a week, not to mention the insane blisters they gave me.
Beware the runners, shoe quality, and return policy.

I often go to Shoes on Fourth because of their shoe selection and I've always gotten good service from them.
But this last time I went to try on a pair of Vionic walking shoes, Tiffany went above and beyond what I had expected from anyone. It was a toss up between two colours and two different sizes. Tiffany checked Miz Mooz, their sister store. She also checked Vionic headquarters. And even ordered a couple of sizes for me because the retail stores didn't have them in stock. She approved for me to take a pair home to try at home and to ensure that the shoes fit properly

I will not shop there again. I tried on many pairs and they all fit wide. I bought a pair for my daughter and even though they also had a wider fit, the sales lady was convincing by telling us that if she added another hole on the strap, they would fit. We were told we could not return them because the shoes were a final sale. After bringing them home and trying them on again, they were still too wide. They can not be worn and a waste of money.
I’m not impressed with the service or the quality of the shoes. I’d rather shop at a retailer where there is assurance that items are exchangeable

Love this store!! I always find shoe shopping super stressful but the staff at Shoes on Fourth made my shopping experience so fun and enjoyable! The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful, Calisa helped me find the perfect pair of boots. They are SO comfortable and super stylish I can not wait to show them off. I will definitely be back for more shoes. I highly recommend this amazing shoe store and will be telling all my friends!

Shoes on Fourth is my favourite place to buy my shoes. All the sales associates are so friendly and helpful. I have never been disappointed. I really love the selection, especially the Vionics. On my last visit I found a pair I loved but they were out of my size and the associate offered to see if she could order a pair in my size!! I ended up choosing another style but I truly appreciated the effort. Thank you ladies for always making it a pleasure to shop at Shoes on Fourth!!

I am very impressed with their customer service!!! I am currently 9 months pregnant and a little indecisive.
Effie was helping me out last week and ordered some slippers from the warehouse because they didn't have the correct size in stock.
They said they would hold them for me as long as I needed knowing that I could go into labour any day!
But today I was able to pick them up and they felt a touch big so she offered to order a different size which I was very thankful for! I
I also found a pair of boots today and I wasn't quite sure on sizes so she also ordered a different size
