Our studio is located in Toronto -Canada and Florianpolis -Brazil, but for the moment while this situation of social isolation continues, we are pleased to offer live online classes and courses. All classes will be taught in the comfort of your home, using Zoom Video, which can be accessed through the website on your computer or the Zoom application on your phone.

We recommend that you download the Zoom app before your first class. Zoom is free and you can invite other members of your family to participate. However, don't share your Zoom link with anyone else. A physical activity class is a great way to stay active and take care of your health and fitness.
