Our E-bike shop is located in the Jingle Pot area of Nanaimo, with low traffic, and varied terrain you can see how amazing the e-bikes are on hills, paths, and roads, without the worry of speeding automobiles. Booked appointments are scheduled for approx 2 hrs. This allows you to learn about safe e-bike operation and join us on a demo ride, if you choose.

Services
E-bike Demo Ride: You are not obligated to a 2 hour bike demo. So feel free to make an appointment, if you do not use up all the time, that is not a problem. We encourage clients to book an appointment as this provides you exclusive access to a salesperson. A 20% handling and re-stocking fee will apply to all eligible in-store tested and purchased products returns.
We did not even purchase our bikes from bc ebikes and they serviced our bikes and provided us with lots of information to make our biking experience better. Thank you thank you thank you. I now know why Mitchell from surface 604 was not worried at all about the issues we were having once he knew we took our bikes to your team!

Top to bottom, start to finish, it was a fantastic purchasing experience! Chris took me on my demo ride and thoroughly explained everything I asked and allowed me to test drive different models I was interested in. It really was a wonderfully different experience than I’ve ever encountered at any other bike shop. I highly recommend and am super excited to put some trail behind me on my awesome new ride! Mr Hanna’s service was amazing.. I brought my crippled ebike to him thinking that it was a lost cause and wow did he ever do a fantastic job bringing my bike back to life. I live 1.5 hours from his business so it was a bit of a trek to get there but well worth the trip. He has a very friendly demeanour, is extremely knowledgeable, generous with his time in explaining everything. I had my bike back the same day working better than it did when I bought it. If you need anything related to ebikes please see this man and his staff... simply amazing and wonderful to deal with.

Went looking for ebikes, and this shop was recommended. Rob and Sassy did an absolutely amazing job of showing us bikes and on our demo ride took the time to let us try several bikes. We wanted a bike immediately and they didn’t have any in stock (the covid thing) so ended up getting our bikes elsewhere. But I just wanted to thank them for the… absolutely AMAZING service and care they showed in listening to what we wanted and why. We’re already bikers, and Jim wasn’t convinced moving to an ebike was the right thing to do. Rob took the time and was so open to discussing

Rob, Sassy & their entire crew are the most amazing people ever ! Had the good fortune of buying a Stunner-X bumblebee yellow bike recently and the sales, service and interaction were second to none. They really do care about their customers and won't stop before everybody is happy. Rob even went to the extent of colour-marking the various keys for… locks etc. which turned out out to be super helpful! If you ever think of buying an e-bike, this is the place to go! I initially was against buying an e-bike, as I have problems with my wrists and found the experience of cycling rather strenuous

Though I bought my ebike elsewhere, I took my sick baby to Rob and team based on a personal recommendation and his reputation. Things got instantly better! Within minutes Rob had identified the issue, one he had never seen before, and remedied it by cannibalizing his own bike so that I didn't have to wait or make another trip! He didn't stop there! Before I left he had adjusted my gears, brakes, and reach, as well as tightened a bunch of bolts. I couldn't believe the exceptional and professional service I received here. I will definitely make BCebike my bike shop of choice ... and I live in Victoria

We can’t say enough about Rob and Chris and BC eBikes! We test rode a few bikes with Chris who was very patient and informative. The bikes were awesome and we really liked the Shed. After further research we decided to wait for the 2021’s to come out. We called Christmas Eve to see if they could give a quote with no expectation of them having any in stock...well they did! We went down late afternoon met Rob for the first time. They were great and got to work to get them together. A few hours later they showed up and delivered our bikes just in time for Christmas!
