I was riding through Duncan on a bike trip in June of 2021 when my chain snapped - I was able to fix it with a roadside hack, but wanted to pick up a spare just in case.
Thankfully, Cycle Therapy had the correct chain size I needed (10 Speed) AND a spare quick-link to fasten it, which was a blessing given the current parts shortage. Their pricing was also very generous, which was much appreciated given my situation.

On a trip from out of town and had a mechanical issue with my derailleur. I stopped by their shop Saturday morning to see if they could squeeze me in for a replacement. The shop was more than accommodating! They replaced the parts and got my bike shifting again in under an hour turnaround! Now I can go and enjoy the local trails. Much appreciated, cheers!

The staff is very friendly, the store is well-stocked, and Tim was very knowledgable about my needs when I was in the market for a new bicycle. I am very happy with my new e-bike. I am 66 and it is a dream, taking the dread out of the many hills in my 'hood, and taking me far.I appreciate the one month's 10% discount on bike accessories, too, that came with the purchase of my bike. I had the pleasure of having a bike part replaced at Cycle Therapy. The service I received was stellar and my bike received extra care when the service staff checked and adjusted my suspension. Although I haven’t bought a bike here, I have utilized their bike maintenance services countless times. The work completed was fast and professional with very friendly and courteous service.
I recently brought a friend by this fall to buy a new Trek mountain bike. I helped him through the process and he was extremely happy with their efforts to find home the right bike and get it set up to his specs.
