The guys are so friendly, helpful and quick. I can't fault their service at all, especially as I was a tricky customer. I had an unsuitable prescription, totally not their fault and they sorted it free of charge for me and really quickly! I'm so grateful. Shame Boots Opticians didn't have the same level of customer service. Oh and they had these cool magnet shades I'd been looking for #shoplocal #greatservice

My 17 year old son lost his glasses and can’t manage without for driving lessons and college. My friend recommended DD Optical, I spoke to them on the telephone, emailed a copy of his prescription, we went into the shop to choose frames and within half an hour his glasses were ready. Prices so good and staff so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and will be back when any of my family need new glasses. Massive thanks for helping us so quickly.

Wow ...Wow...Wow.....Been wearing glasses for 30 years and have never experienced service as good as this, prescription lenses on my designer glasses and sunglasses in 24 hours at an unbelievable price.......Make the effort to visit these guys, they are not on the high street for a reason because their prices are incredible and service and QUALITY is second to none.....Highly Recommended.....

I have just purchased a pair of the polarised magnetic clip on sunglasses. The service was excellent, this is my 3rd pair of glasses from DD Optical and I cannot fault them. The staff are very friendly, helpful & patient. There’s a great range of frames available I wouldn’t go anywhere else, just take in your prescription and choose your frames and they are ready in a matter of days.
