Waste of my time. I called to book an appointment to get 1 document notarized, and they gave me one at 12. I arrived at 12 and was told to take a seat. I waited for 30 minutes, asking every 6ish minutes what was happening because I had to leave for work. Reception told me 5 minutes at 12:20, and when 10 had passed, I had to go to the back to get my document and ID back to leave. The notary gave the most apathetic apology and told me I wasn't booked in her schedule - why not tell me that instead of wasting 35 mins of my time? They don't value your time and are unlikely to value your business. If

Overall felt rushed with a huge lack of transparency surrounding added in fees.
In response to comments left - the added in fees had nothing to do with strata fees. I can understand those. The additional fees were related to additional charges for appointments that we weren’t told about. The owner claims we signed off on it but she in fact switched out the original order to pay for a new one and lied when asked about why we still owed money at the end of the appointment.

I have been an award winning residential real estate agent since 2005 and I can say without hesitation that Zancope Notary Public is one of the best I have encountered thus far. What I really appreciate about them is that they keep me and my clients informed of the entire process, from the time they get instructions from our office and the clients lender, from when the clients go to sign the final paperwork, to when the title has been registered.
