This vet is absolutely amazing, I no longer live in London but the entire time I lived there I always trusted them with my animals. It isn't easy to find good vets for small animals, but I always knew I could trust everyone here. When I lost my gerbil years ago they sent me a card in the mail signed by all the vets and I still have it to this day.

Critical: Reliability
Lost both our dogs this year. When they were in distress west London pet hospital did not have time for them. We had to call other vet hospitals to find one that would take the time to look at them. Their great when you don’t have an emergency. I would not recommend this vet hospital.

This review is directed at customer service only. What a terrible experience I had calling in to try to see if they were taking new patients or emergencies. The lady was pretty rude, hope they know people calling are possible patients (even if not taking new ones now, could be in the future but not anymore).

Dr. Tucker (I believe that's his name) is a WONDERFUL vet. We've taken our little rat Lola here twice for chronic respiratory issues, and he is very professional, informative, and wonderful to talk to. We will never take our rats anywhere else because of the excellent care and service he provides. Thank you again!

Called to book an appointment for an exotic pet, was told because we weren't previous clients the appointment had to prepaid with a credit card only! I informed the lady we were paying cash and was told didn't matter payment was due at booking payable by credit card only..so I asked ok but we have cash and that's how we're paying..she then told me in order to use cash I'd have to drive there and book the appointment and pay with cash then.. not really impressed. Seems they only cater to the clients in the upper class...

This was 3 years ago but I can't believe I forgot to leave a review. Dr. Tucker did an excellent job caring for my rat Flurry, performing surgery on her to remove a tumour. Anyone with rats knows how hard it is to find a vet to care for them, and getting treated like they are disposable, but the staff here treated us with compassion like any other pet. They were also very kind when we sadly had to euthanize several months later. Will never forget your care.

We had our pet rat Cola sadly passed away after a procedure here, but the staff here was absolutely amazing. During the initial check up they were so sweet to him and spoke very nicely to him. After the procedure everyone was incredibly thoughtful and sweet. Doctor Tucker did everything thing he could to help us understand what happened, and they even sent us a sympathy card. The staff of West London Pet Hospital are some of the most caring and thoughtful people I’ve ever met. They always make sure to remember each pet and their family by name, and put so much care and effort into their work
