We have hours from 7 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday, and from 9 am to 4 pm Saturday. Please check our practitioners' profiles for specific hours, and our online booking section for details. I use orthopaedic tests, functional movement analysis, a novel method of manual muscle testing, called Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT), and P-DTR (Proprioceptive - Deep Tendon Reflexes) to identify and correct imbalances and compensation patterns.Rather than just treating pain (a symptom) we go after the cause of the pain to create quick and lasting results.

This review is for Dr. Romana Schmidt who will be starting her chiro position at this location shortly. I suffered from chronic shoulder and neck tension, along with chronic tension headaches almost every single day. I sought different kinds of treatment without success until I read online reviews for Romana.

I see Ana-Maria here for osteopathy. She is a wonderful human being and is very calming.
She is talented at what she does and I always feel amazing when I leave. The adjustments made seem subtle but are incredibly important for helping me move in ways that are better for my body. I never do google reviews but this clinic and Dr. Remi Pearl truly deserve it! T'was an exceptional experience. Dr. Pearl was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I find that she truly cares about her patients overall health -- it really shows during treatments/follow ups. I was given many exercises and tools to help with my hip pain and it honestly helped so much. In fact, I recommended her to my mom for her arthritis and she was so pleased with the treatments. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Pearl for concerns regarding any sort of mobility/pain issues or other health related issues!

Highly recommend! Our family have been attending Restore for years. Excellent, honest, kind and professional service. I personally see Mike and Dr. Schmidt and they are my go to for massage and chiro! My daughter had torticollis as a baby and she was able to successful treat her. Dr. Jared is also excellent as my husband was treated by him for shoulder pain and recommends him to others. So happy they are in our neighborhood!

My many thanks to Restore clinic for helping me to fix my lower back. I am the 50 year old man. I play hockey once a week. My first visit to the clinic was in 2016. I was the first Romana's patient. She treated my sore lower back. Romana is very knowledgeable and caring professional. Later I decide to try massage therapy at Restore. I booked an appointment with Mike. I like the deep massage Mike practices. We talk during the sessions and he always answer my muscle related questions giving me tips on how to release trigger points on my own. I've been visiting Mike McGinnes at Restore for the last 4 years and each time is such a pleasure to see him. Not only the massage, but the whole experience. Excellent customer service. Always makes me feel relaxed and at ease whilst getting the job done. I highly recommend Mike to anyone, and especially, for any women who might have an aversion to using a male masseuse, as he provides a safe and respectful environment 100% of the time. Professional with a good dose of kind, caring and funny. A hidden gem of Ottawa.

I see Romana here, she's a wonderful Chiropractor who studied Neural Kinesiology and stays active in her research to help me improve. She always tests to make sure her treatments are effective and does such a great job at treating me and explaining how to prove my movement in daily life.
She comes recommended to me by other athletes and I now know 3 others who see her. We all talk about how good her work is.

I just visited Mike again for the second time. I knew I was in need for massage therapy. I have sought out massage therapy as an effective natural treatment for many years--it works for me. (It's just a matter of making time for my own self-care). I remembered the effective treatment I received from him before and thought I really need to do this. I have seen three different people at this clinic, and all three have been fantastic. Most of my time has been spent with Dr. Gerston. I really can not say enough about his skill. Prior to finding him I did not have a high opinion of the chiropractic profession. Now I will recommend him to anyone I meet with any body movement issues.
