If you want to get your expensive leather jacket cleaned PLEASE DONT!
I brought my dads expensive leather jacket to them. The lady was kind and said it wouldnt be a problem and it would take only two weeks to clean.
Two weeks passed and I never received a call. Finally after four weeks I called to see whether it was ready for collection, and without hesitation it was ready to collect. Strange, if it was ready then why didn't they call me??? Anyways, I went there the next day only to find that it was in a worse condition, covered in discoloured patches and stains - it still smelled of my dad as

Do Not Use! They are NOT specialists and do not adhere to the care instructions. Ruined £1000 cashmere jacket claimed they washed it is water as they don't use the correct chemicals even though the care label clearly said dryclean only! Shocking non response from them after 3 weeks of trying to contact they sent an email saying they had washed it and that was an end to it. Currently seeking legal recourse. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
