All moves are subject to a 3-hour minimum. Within Vancouver a minimum 1-hour industry standard travel fee applies to all moves ( total 4 hours). Travel time may vary depending on location. Zana and his team did a fantastic job moving my West side house to a smaller upstairs duplex. Their personal attention and good will went a long way to alleviate my stress. I would give 5 stars but they are a little more expensive than I like. Highly recommend versus using very commercial generic companies out there

Zana and his team were on time, courteous and efficient. Completely smooth from start to finish. It was a nasty rainy day and they even brought special mats to keep the floor mostly clean which we appreciated very much! In the new house, the stairs and upstairs were carpet and they all happily took their shoes off at the bottom of the stairs as well.
We moved a 3bd duplex worth of furniture and boxes across the city and they were done in under 4 hrs. Great value, great service, great communication throughout.
I absolutely recommend this company and will call them again next time.

The Robust Move team did an amazing job with our move from an apartment in Burnaby to a townhome in Surrey. They were prompt, communicative, super safe and professional. Zana, our point of contact for the move was wonderful and immensely helpful during every step of the process. Would definitely recommend, especially if you want total peace of mind while moving in the pandemic.

Just finished a second move with these guys. I have to say, they have definitely upped their anté! Very professional. They had someone come over to assess our space and furniture prior to the move, and texted to confirm the night before. The movers arrived on time and were very efficient. Overall, everyone has been super pleasant to interact with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
