We had the most lovely and excelet stay at the mariaggi's. The customer service was phenomenal. The decoration made us forget that we were in Winnipeg. It is the perfect staycation and definitely a hidden gem of Winnipeg. We got the 4 course Italian meal and the food was delicious to say the least. We had someone walk us from and to the parking garage. Also, when we left, we accidently left a shirt there and the hotel called us right away to inform us that they had it for us to pick up. Even though we stayed in one of the smaller rooms the whole experience from start to finish was nothing less

We really enjoyed our stay in the Rome room this weekend. It was an early birthday celebration for my husband. The room was renovated since our last stay in it about 9 years ago. The hot tub was fabulous, the steam shower invigorating and the fire place was cozy. The Italian dinner was delicious. The door to the balcony was a bonus for me. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay! Thank you once again!

Very cool experience. There was a bit of a mix up when we arrived and ended up having to wait on the room but it was worth the wait. We got the Cuba room. It was very cool with a jetted tub, sauna, steam shower, heated floors and, and pool table. The staff was friendly and the rooms were quiet. We got the romance package which included dinner, bubble bath, and candles lit in the room. While we wouldn't get the pa Kate again, it was worth it to do once. The food was great. Just felt that the whole package was a but expensive for what we got. Overall it was a great "staycation" and will definitely

What an amazing and relaxing experience! I loved the feel of this hotel, the staff was so nice and very caring, the meal was delicious, and the room….oh the room! The steam shower, the hot tub, and all in the actual room, not the bathroom. It gave the Rome Room a magical feel! My partner and I have been together almost 5 years and it was our first time going away together for a weekend without kids. I can’t wait to check out the other rooms as I would definitely love to go back! All the staff we met seemed so nice and welcoming. We spoke to Lowel quite a few times on the phone prior to booking

Best hotel experience we have ever had. We stayed in the Egypt room and it was so cool, very tastefully done and lots of detail, even had a balcony. The staff were so awesome, very personable, extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable. They have underground secured parking as well and the building is well secured too. We had the dinner in our room and it was soooo delicious!! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this boutique theme room hotel. Thanks again for having us!!

Such an amazing romantic getaway/ escape spot in the heart of Winnipeg. From the minute you pull up to the hotel till you check out and drive off, the experience and personalized customer service is second to none.
The themed rooms are absolutely stunning. You are transported to another country without stepping on a plane. We will definitely be returning again and again.

Our stay at the mariaggi hotel was excellent! The room was absolutely beautiful & romantic. Staff was so welcoming & accommodating. Definitely will be recommending this place to friends/family, we will be back! If your thinking of a relaxing beautiful break & get away I suggest booking a suite here. Met all the expectations 10/10 :)

We have stayed here numerous times and is far and away our favourite hotel in the city. When we come for our anniversary, we usually get the romance package which includes a nice dinner you can eat in your room as well as a bottle of sparkling fruit juice - our bottles are always personalized with our names and anniversary date on them and even though I’ve got this several times I’m still always blown away by this extra touch. Other small touches like the tv playing romantic music from the country your theme room is and actual artifacts from the area are nice touches.
