Sophia was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly, advocated on my behalf to the developer's realtor and ensured that I had other professionals when needed (lawyer, mortgage broker etc). She was with me every step of the way and even stopped by on possession day with a basket of goodies, including treats for our new kittens! Worth every penny and more. Of course I'm one of those people who questioned the amount you pay but in this case I was so wrong. The way Nancy and Sophia presented and represented our home for sale could not have been better. Even more daunting has been their efforts in finding us a new home in a very challenging market. Highly recommend Nancy and Sophia. Sophia took the lead on our house hunt and was exceptional. She quickly learned what we were looking for and was able to see places with us on short notice, usually the day the house was listed. We were looking for our first detached house and her experience and advice were invaluable, especially when it came to the income potential of each property and what we'd have to do to set up a rental suite. Victoria is a tough market to buy a home and Sophia's dedication to our search made a huge difference!

Sophia is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She kept all interactions low pressure and low stress. She is highly knowledgeable about all things related to condos, stratas, and the B.C. real estate market. She is also very honest, and listened to our specific needs, as we required a place that allowed 2 dogs. Sophia will work very hard to meet your needs, and she will do it with a positive attitude.

I appreciated Sophia taking the time to clarify with us what we really wanted. Not only was she efficient and competent in negotiating a good deal for us, she stayed on top of things even after the sale was completed. She truly took the stress out of purchasing real estate. It was also evident that Nancy and Sophie are excellent partners as they worked extremely well together anticipating needs and taking care of details. Great Team :)
