At One Yoga, we believe in empowerment through steady practice; our community provides a supportive, inclusive environment that invites all to live with open eyes and look within. Our studio was founded in 2013 and we opened our doors in 2014. We have been proud to be able to offer the city of Victoria quality vinyasa (flow) yoga since that time.
Our studio features quality instructors, loads of natural light and big windows, cork floors, radiant heat, and clear open space in which to practice. We also have showers, ample sized change rooms, a beautiful open concept lobby area, a carefully curated merchandise area featuring local businesses, and customer parking stalls as well as ample street parking.

I attended my first ever yoga lesson at One Yoga, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. The instructors were friendly and accommodating, the experience was soothing and comfortable, and the environment made me feel welcome. Tuesday night Yin is my new go-to. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone who is either new or returning to yoga. This is a great space!

I'm from out of the province and came to One Yoga for a nice yin class this evening. It was exactly the Calm that my nervous system needed, and everything was professional and sanitary from beginning to end, including documenting my proof of vaccination. I'm already looking into their other classes for the remainder of my stay in Victoria and plan on coming back!

Nicki Doane’s weekend intensive (February 7-9) was an incredibly inspiring experience. Kudos to One Yoga Victoria for hosting this amazing teacher. I took a mini-vacation in Victoria especially to attend the event, and I’m so glad I did. Although this was my first visit, the studio community made me welcome (special thanks, Jay). The studio itself is bright and spacious with clean change rooms and showers. I love the Vancouver One Yoga but it’s worth the ferry ride to the island for such rad events.

Five Stars! I took the 7am Vinyasa on a Thursday in late February -- I believe Katie Thacker was the teacher -- she did a great job. She was very accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable and inspiring. Her cues were great and her deep and experiential knowledge of anatomy was apparent. She made me feel at home. I love that about a Yoga teacher -- makes everyone feel at home, even me, a first time visitor to the studio. I myself am a Yoga teacher and I really enjoyed Katie's teaching style. The community seemed like a very nice bunch of people indeed. Very friendly, welcoming, lots of smiles and kind

I was first drawn to the studio because they offer a wide variety of class styles and levels, and their loyal yogi pass made it affordable. I love how large and clean the studio is, and I especially love the windows at both ends of the room that let in natural light and overlook the giant sequoia trees in the park across the street. The woman’s change room is spacious, clean and well maintained. I love that there are multiple showers with curtains and two toilet stalls.
Natalie has done a really great job creating a warm and inclusive environment. I’ve always felt like a part of the community

Walking into One Yoga feels like coming home. It's a place where I always feel welcome to be myself, laughter, tears and all! Nat and the One team cultivate a sacred space for us to connect together and deepen into ourselves, guided by the best teachers in the city. I'm forever grateful to my One family for holding me so sweetly as I grow into loving myself.

I have practiced in many studios over the past 20 years and the One Yoga studios are exceptional. The staff and management genuinely cares deeply about sharing the gift of yoga with everyone, and making it accessible to all through outreach and youth programs, work exchanges, and community events. I've never seen a studio surrounded by such a vibrant, welcoming, and dedicated community of yogis, and I am very grateful to call One Yoga home. They also have beautiful & spacious changing rooms and showers. Whatever your practice level is, go check out some classes and get to know the beautiful people

I recently returned home from a 2 week training at One Yoga in Victoria.
I’ve never been to a more welcoming yoga studio. The entry area is generous with comfortable seating overlooking the park across the street, they’ve hot water for tea and kombucha brewing, the practice room is large with plenty of props, the bathrooms have a good amount of changing room and showers, and there’s a private space shared with massage therapists that can be booked.
More importantly, the staff is dedicated to their practice and teaching, outreach to the clients and community, and keeping the place clean.

How does ONE YOGA not have a yelp review yet? Perhaps it's because its beloved clients aren't the yelping type?
I was in Victoria for 6 weeks on a project and One Yoga was one of the biggest highlights of my stay. I squeezed in as many visits as I could once I experienced their blissful and powerful classes and was so sad to leave it behind when I returned home. Truly, One Yoga reignited my passion for yoga.
The studio is beautiful...large and airy. The teachers are thoughtful, inspiring and lead dynamic and interesting classes. Everyone who attends class is lovely. It's a supportive
