We have been dealing with Vantage Property Management for our rental property in London for the past one year. The team there, especially Walter and Sandra have been exceptionally professional and responsive. Staying very far from London, we absolutely have peace of mind, knowing that the property is in good care and management with Vantage team. They have good knowledge and experience in the rental industry. The management fees is reasonable and they undertake rigrous diligence in selecting and managing tenants. The company also provides timely and detailed account statements for tax purposes

Vantage managed a rental property for me for a number of years. As a long distance owner, they made the whole process very easy and worked to make it a stress-free investment. It's hard to decide where to start. As someone with a background in law and a graduate from the Fanshawe Paralegal Program, I like to think I have a firm understanding of the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act) and a lot of the simpler concepts it outlines. I am by no means a professional, but my experience with Vantage represents a -1/5 star review, not a 1/5.

Vantage's repeated negligence and cool disregard for the experience of their tenants is evident of a systematic determination to undermine tenants rights. Vantage explicitly operates in bad faith to protect landlords and hurt tenants.
We were explicitly lied to about our ability to amend legal documents for the end of our tenancy in hopes they could short us money owed. They assume you aren't informed and don't know your rights as a tenant, and compell you to sign them away. We consulted a lawyer and you probably will have to as well. If you're renting with vantage - know your rights. Don't get

I would give negative stars if I could. It blows my mind that this is an actual running business. You should stay far away from renting with vantage. We were promised on our initial walkthrough that there would be renovations to the basement and that the place would be cleaned as it had had squatters and was beyond filthy. We got these requests in writing and signed, and yet when we moved in there had been no work done and the AC unit was not functioning properly. I recently rented out a townhome in London using Vantage. I was able to meet with the owner (Sarah) who was a pleasure to work with. The townhouse was rented within a couple weeks of us talking, and so far we have had no issues.
Prior to renting, the unit needed updating, and Vantage handled all updates, from putting in a new railing, re-finishing a hardwood floor, and painting.
I do see some negative reviews here from tenants, and I actually spoke to Sarah about them. She was saying the unfortunate fact was that they cannot do any repairs unless the landlord ok's them. This leads to them being

Would give less than one star if I could. This company managed our one bedroom condo for ten years. We got a call from them mid August saying the unit is so outdated, needs painting, needs new carpet, new appliances, full cleaning. We got a quote for their maintenance staff to complete ONLY new carpet, new dishwasher, paint and clean. It was a quote of 4000. Very high. We decided to go see the unit. It was a disaster, mould in dishwasher, cigarette burns on carpet, dog urine stains, black fingerprints on walls. We told the company smoking and pets were not allowed according to the lease. They revealed
