John is super friendly and helpful! I appreciate his patience with my lack of knowledge about tires and cars. Maple City Tire & Automotive in London Ontario sells both used and new tires at very reasonable prices! Honesty is another hard quality to come by and this store is certainly very honest and reliable. They really care about their clients.They are also great with tire repair. I highly recommend these mechanics. They are honest, attentive and thorough. They don't take advantage of one's lack of car knowledge and always take the time to explain everything. They are efficient and always get you in as quickly as possible. The staff are super friendly and the Owners are humble, and friendly, too. I highly recommend this shop.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone. I've been coming here for a few years now, and they are very honest, reliable people. They've never tried to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge, or tried to sell me products or parts I don't need and thoroughly explain what's going on. I was looking to get an oil change and wanted to go to a locally owned business. I passed by Maple City Tire and thought I would give them a try. Needless to say, I have been going to Maple City Tire for a few years now. Every time I come in, whether it's for an oil change or tire rotation, the team at Maple City Tire do an excellent job in a timely manner. I believe the owner is the person who is usually working at the front desk as well; he is an awesome guy! Extremely knowledgeable, patient and polite.

As a individual who is not overly knowledgeable about vehicles, I have struggled to find a mechanic that I trust to be straightforward with me, and not feel as though I am being overcharged or scammed. I can’t say enough about this amazing team. I have been going there for the last few years, after moving to London. I was weary about being taken advantage of because I’m a woman and not really knowledgeable regarding what my car needs. John and the rest of the team have been nothing but considerate, fair and always spoke to me with respect. I will never take my vehicles anywhere else.
