Welcome to the Green Cuisine 'build a meal' and pickup page, our prices and serving portions are designed to allow you to create a meal with a variety of flavours and dishes much as you do when you serve yourself at our buffet. We have designed our menu so that a full meal would generally include (as an example) an entre along with 2-3 side dishes and 2-3 salads, 1 or 2 condiments and a dressing.

Bit expensive for the buffet, but their vegan shakes/smoothies are fully customizable for no extra money and very competitively priced, great price on the coffee and their desserts are very nice. My favourite is the berry vegan cheesecake. Better then a dairy cheesecake. Decadent but leaves you feeling sated without being bloated or heavy like with most dairy cheesecakes.

Just came in for the first time, I'm gluten-free and the staff is so helpful and gave amazing suggestions, I had the quinoa tabouli salad with falafels and tzatziki is amazing! My partner has the soysage roll and the jalapeno Popper pizza and said both were incredible. Then we split a Maui wowie cookies and that was the best cookie I've ever had! Definitely coming back!

This place has amazing vegan food for cheap! The assortment is amazing! Their praline brownies are some of the best I've ever had and I very much love their falafels. Seeing as it is a buffet style restaurant, some dishes are better than others and I have had some instances of food being cold (potato wedges in particular). Other than that, this place is a must for any vegans in Victoria!

Have heard of this for a very long time. I've finally had an opportunity to visit since move to Victoria. Wow, if you are vegan or macro this place should be an everyday go to for basic amazing meals. Soup was awesome, amazing selection of desserts and selections from the modified buffet style service were amazing as well. I heard a lot of great things about the pizza. Will have to come back.

This is a great way to show people that vegan food can be delicious and affordable. We had the Thai soup and focaccia bread, berry cheesecake and white/dark choc mousse cake. Almost couldn't believe the desserts were vegan. Coffees are lovely too.

I have eaten at Green Cuisine every day that I have been in Victoria. In fact I have been in Victoria 3 days and eaten there 4 times! I came alone twice, brought two friends and my father. In fact when I return to Victoria I will be back! Everything I have had at the buffet is delicious, the staff are amazing in fact I have a crush on one of them. The setting is serene, located quaintly in the southeast corner of the market square. The price is reasonable, considering how you get to decide your portions and the food is delicious. I have said this to many people...Green Cuisine is my fsvourite restaurant
