Chris was a pleasure to work with! I was a first time home buyer and he patiently and enthusiastically explained all the knick knacks that are included with that process. Chris was supportive and informative and got me a good rate and managed to lower it and then got it lowered again! The rate was so good the lawyer asked who got me such a good interest rate! I will probably be using Chris's services again once I save up for my 2nd apartment.

As someone who was complete new to the experience of buying a home, Chris was such a helpful guide. An extremely kind person who generously gave me his time to walk me through and explain everything I needed to be aware of, with a keen understanding of the process and fun anecdotes. Chris has been super to deal with! Being first-time home buyers, he's been very patient, thorough and understanding as we've asked tons of questions that he answered promptly. Needless to say, the reason why we began looking elsewhere is our bank didn't do much, it was either their terms, didn't feel the bank officer was fighting for us to get the best options.
