The team at Yonge & St. Clair vet is amazing! Juno (my puppy) loves all the staff and gets excited when she knows thats where we're going. Its the total opposite of our last experience where our former dog wouldn't want to walk along the street where our old vet was. I really appreciate the time everyone takes to make sure Juno gets the best care and I have a strong understanding of what is happening and have my concerns/needs addressed.

Yonge and St. Clair Veterinary Hospital is an incredible facility with the best doctors and staff. They are always there to answer questions and help my dog when she is not well. Generally like how communicative and helpful the vet is here. As a new puppy owner I had a lot of questions my first visit and they were all answered very well. I wish I was able to get a more in person experience but I understand under these circumstances what has to be done. Responsiveness to questions, whether during a visit or via email was great

I cannot say enough good things about Yonge & St. Clair Vet Hospital. Dr. Gelman and Dr. Posluns so far in the last couple years, and they have taken the time to give explanations, tips and honest opinions about the state of my dog. The client care team has been also responsive and flexible. I would highly recommend YSC Vet Hospital to anyone looking for a vet that they can trust!

They are an amazinggggg Veterinarian hospital. I’ve been going here since I got my two kittens and the staff are so welcoming, transparent, responsible, and amazing! I love how the doctors really take their time answering all my questions, providing me with great resources, setting me up to be a confident pet owner. I’d highly highly suggest Yonge & St. Clair Veterinary Hospital! The pricing is also not outrageous either. However if you have a cat, it’s much easier with a car. Since you can’t go inside, they won’t be cold waiting for their appointment in the winter time.

I'm so glad I found this place! I transferred my cat here from the VCA Usher (ugh!) and it is such a game changer.
Dr Gelman and Elise did amazing dental work for my cat Margarita aka "the stinky mouth" for her gorgonzola-smelling breath. Guess what? Margarita lost her nickname after the procedure! It was expensive but well worth the result.
The secretaries are responsive and organized. This place offers the best customer service I've experienced in Toronto so far.

We started going to YSC vet since they opened, and our experience anywhere from routine vaccines to special consults have been nothing but great. Both Dr. G and Dr. Mason have been so kind and patient, answering all of our questions the best they can. Their clinic is clean and modern, and all of the vet staff have been so helpful and great. I definitely trust that the doctors and staff genuinely have the best interest of our pets in mind, and would totally recommend everyone to go to them.

Molly loves to go to the vet!! Every time we take her out for a walk and pass in front of the clinic, she immediately wants to go inside and starts crying as we continue walking !! We as Molly's parents are very happy and grateful because every time you answer all our questions and are truly kind with our pup. We love having you around!

Very satisfied with our first visit. I felt that this office really took the time to get to know us. They listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and examined my dog thoroughly. I did not feel like I was just another number and rushed out the door. Will definitely be a loyal customer from now on.

Our first vet visit since moving to Toronto. The clinic was prompt to book our appointment at a short notice, the staff was really kind and supportive. We think our dog(Azula) really liked Dr. Tiffany Mason; she went in with her without creating a fuss about leaving us outside!(COVID-19 safety reasons)
Dr. Mason gave us enough time to discuss Azula's care. (Azula's doing well, no scares there!) We also received a prompt follow-up email from her after our visit.
