In June of 1922, four years after the Great War, a man by the name of Lou Saad opened Acousticon of Toronto, which was one of the first hearing aid offices in the downtown core of Toronto. One can only imagine the limitations of technology at that time. 30 years later in 1952, Peter Keller purchased Acousticon of Toronto and changed the name to Union Hearing Aid Centre Limited.
After all the years of exemplary service my patients have received from you and Chris and the late Peter Keller, I feel it appropriate to express my sincerest thanks. Now that I have officially retired from practice, it is my pleasure to write this testimonial. As you know, I practiced Otolaryngology with an emphasis on ear and hearing disorders in children and adults from 1970 to 2015.

Through attending various seminars and product demonstrations, our professional staff is able to keep up to date on all of the newest hearing aid technologies. Using this knowledge we are better suited to help patient's make informed decisions about which hearing device is best for them. During an evaluation, once all of the audiometric information is complied, patients are given options which are best suited for their lifestyle and budget.

However, sometimes people experience trauma, disease, and other changes that affect their hearing, and they become concerned that they could lose their ability to hear altogether.

Top notch customer service: If you are looking to get affordable 3D ear scan impressions for In Ear Monitors this is the place. They charge only $25 per ear (No extra tax). I called and made an appointment for the next day. Went in an Alex examined my ears. Unfortunately I had ear wax and had to go back to my family doctor to get my ears flushed. My daughter was first diagnosed with a sever hearing loss at four months old. When our family was first introduced to Union they were so comforting so professional and simply amazing. My son Greg and I have been going to Union Hearing Aid centre for over 35 years. The service has always been excellent. I am deaf for more than 35 years ago, it was a very long dark tunnel of pain and suffer, i spent 30 years of my life in deep suffer with hearing aids issues ,this is why i don't trust any hearing clinic.. The best service and the best people. I had previously visited a different place for aids for my children and not only was the price $500 more, the bedside manner was lacking. Another parent referred me to Union hearing and we are thrilled we chose them. All the staff are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I have been going to Union Hearing since I was a child and I have always left the place with a smile. They provide the best service in audiology that I have seen. Whenever I have an issue with a device, they are always help immediately and most of the time don’t even charge you for device issues. They also provide advice that most other audiologists that I have seen do not provide. Union Hearing Aid Centre is by far the most amazing hearing clinic you can ever go to. They provide EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
