Randy McKay is the owner/operator of MR. Home Inspection Services. Randy founded the company in 2009 to assist clients with one of the biggest decisions of their life. The three bedrocks of our company are to exhibit professionalism, integrity, and thoroughness in everything we do. We uphold these qualities daily and combine them with an extensive educational background and 10+ years of hands-on experience.
Home Inspection Services, you can always expect a comprehensive, professional inspection. I utilize many years of training and experience, as well as several of the industry's most high-tech tools. Thermal Imaging - I am certified in thermal imaging. This helpful tool can help find everything from leaks under the flooring to an overloaded circuit breaker.

From the second I called Randy to speak about a house inspection he was super helpful, since this was my first home he went over everything, answered every question I had and explained it very detailed in his report, I was really scared to go through this procedure but he made it very comforting for me. Highly recommend him even if you’re not a first time home buyer.

Randy came to our home to do an inspection before we bought the place. Like everyone else our experience was very comforting, friendly, kind and professional. He covered way more than what I was expecting and brought all the right tools (both digital and non) with him to do an exceptional job. Everything he mentioned he said it was going to be in the report and is definitely was. He was helpful in a down to earth way and never did we feel like he was talking down to us. Will hire again when needed and would recommend him to anyone.

This was a great experience. I contacted Randy and he got back to me very fast. He is a friendly man and very professional. While on site of our home he had some great suggestions and pointed out a few things to address in the future. All of these suggestions and many more were in his report. Based on the report we were able to adjust our bid on the house and save some money. Highly recommended and money well spent.

We had a walkthrough our house after purchasing it with no inspection. Right away Randy spotted the issues and took the time to explain what the current problems were doing to our home and what was important to get fixed right away vs. holding off for a bit.

It's my first time dealing with a property inspector so I really wasn't sure what to expect. Randy was referred to me by my realtor and I'm glad she did. He is very knowledgeable, professional, informative, friendly and easy to talk to. Any questions we had, he was able to provide us with an answer. The report he provided was thorough with his findings that includes pictures and his recommendations. I would recommend Randy if you're looking for someone to do your home inspection.
