My role as therapist is to assist my clients to see, understand and release that which binds them from living a more fulfilling life. Acknowledging within yourself that life can be better and beginning to source a therapist to assist you in this journey is a very life affirming action. In just this action alone, you may become aware of subtle changes occurring in your life or that you are dreaming more.
Please take some time to review my website so that you can get a better sense of my approaches and what I can offer you in your journey. Attending a therapy session is not a weakness - it's a strength! I know this from that which I witness in my clients on a daily basis.

Services
We create a safe environment in which clients are open to revealing and exploring their personal dynamics that contribute to their emotional distress. Utilizing many techniques, we guide the client to broaden their range of experience so that they can come to a new understanding of themselves and their challenges.

In a safe, therapeutic environment, you are invited to explore your concerns and worries. Through discussion, review of your personal history and the use of psychotherapy strategies and techniques such as self-affirmations, relaxation & visualization, art expression, dreamwork and body movement/exercises, I will help you to understand the dynamics of your inter-personal relationships and ways to effect positive change.
You have now fallen out of love with each other and are possibly having a hard time seeing eye to eye on anything. Did you know that feelings of grief, anxiety, fear, and sadness can be expressed as anger? Now, in your relationship, you are being called to develop a mature love, a love that allows you both to individuate, become interdependent and nurture yourselves into deeper wholeness.
Addressing discontent and depression early allows you to keep and improve the life you have today. The onset of depression is often very gradual and can become a chronic lacklustre way of living or one day it can become overwhelming and perhaps just as paralyzing as a panic attack. Have you experienced this?
