Tabitha graduated from the University of Guelph, Ridgetown campus in 2009. Shortly after, she wrote her exam and became a registered veterinarian technician. Tabitha has always wanted to work with animals since she was a child. Over the years Dr, Soltan has been a guiding presence throughout the lives of two of our dogs and two of our cats. We have relied on and appreciated her professionalism and calm demeanour.
We adopted an 8 week old kitten recently. Within three days, he became quite ill. Test results showed that he had contracted a serious virus that had a high mortality rate.
The Lambeth Animal Hospital undertook his care. Dr. Soltan warned that given the nature of this virus, recovery might not be possible for this kitten. We agreed to proceed with treatment and to evaluate his progress in a couple of days.

Very disappointed with patient service and standard of care. Our pet was life ending stages and needed to get in. Was told “totally booked” for a couple of days and didnt even want to talk about suggestions.
Reception told us just go to Emerg Vet.
Obviously we moved Vets immediately.

Dr Soltan is amazing and her team makes the place run like a well oiled machine. Never waiting long at all. Lots of space in the waiting room. Clean and comfortable. After surgery my Olde English Bulldogge was led to the back door to return to my care and he turned around ready to go back in with the ladies. A testament to how he was treated. I would not hesitate to return there. I have full confidence in this team. We appreciate the care

There couldn't be a better staff than the one at Lambeth Animal Hospital. From Carrie to Mya to Dr. Soltan and everyone in between, they are all the most compassionate and caring people. They feel what you feel and treat you as an extension of their family. Dr. Soltan has amazing bedside manner and lets you know what she would if it was her pet. Really amazing, we're so lucky to have her as our family vet.

Our vet appointment went fairly well overall, and the vet was pleasant and fun. But unfortunately, she practices some alternative medicine trratments, such as acupuncture, and thinks that it has a place in modern medicine. That's unscientific and made me lose confidence in her expertise. I just can't trust a medical professional who would recommend a treatment that's no better than placebo.
I want to be fair by giving three stars (It's OK.): It seems like a nice place with nice people, but I go to a vet for expertise, not niceness and pseudoscience.

❤️ Five stars/hearts are not adequate to describe Dr Alex! She is a true animal advocate and cares for your pet in such a respectful and living manner. Even in tragic situations she shines. She taught my children the importance and selflessness required to be a responsible per owner. That is way beyond expectations. I highly recommend her services and her staff.
