The worst experience ever. Had to put our very old cat down, vet missed the vein, he screamed so much while we had to wait for the technician to get more syringes. Had to give that huge needle in other leg. Poor thing suffered. Room was so dirty with a urine soaked towel they had us put him on to take his last breath. Made saying goodbey to our almost 21year old cat 10x harder and awful memory.Just absolutely horrible and should be shut down.

Her top care seems to be the money, everything is very overpriced! My last cat had kidney issues and I kept having to return again and again, overcharged each time, without the problem being solved. Every time she just gave us a temporary fix of injecting fluids and giving apatite pills. At one point we payed $500 for bloodwork that should have told us he had kidney problems, but she overlooked this and told us that it came back fine. He passed away at only 4 or 5 years old, spending his deathbed in their overnight care when his kidneys finally failed. Only after he passed and we payed another

Doctor Tammy really cares for your pet. She made sure Mr. Whiskers was doing well. She also help us out with an emergency that had to be given to a vet that handles over night stays. We are truly grateful. Thanks Holly and Channa and of course Mr. Whiskers.I would also like to thank Don very much too.

I have been going to this place for a long time, but never in my life have I been so shocked. This place has went so downhill, that I am suprised this place is still running. The new owner of the place is so money hungry, that you pay more to keep your dog alive then hosiptal bills to keep yourself healthy and alive. Not to mention, my puppy had to get a simple nail cut and they cared so little that they cut so far down that my dog has nerve damage. WORSE PLACE EVER! highly suggest going to a new place.

We have been taking our dog here for eight years and seen about four different vets during this time. Our most recent experience resulted in an astronomical quote for dental surgery with price options - in my opinion there should be one quote not one if you love your dog and another more expensive quote if you really love your dog. When I went to another vet they called heritage to get my dogs medical history and I immediately got a call stating that they could give me some discounts if my leaving was a result of this recent quote. I’m not shopping for cars here - give me one price - your lowest

Heritage Vetrinary clinic has the lowest rating of any in this area. On average 2 out of 5 stars lower. Bases on my experience over the last 3 years, this is for good reason. I brought my cats to this clinic as I had used them many years ago with previous cats. I like to be loyal to businesses when they do a good job. This clinic is now run by a different owner who, based on my experience, is very money driven. Though I can tell they care about the animal, the top priority is making the bill higher with "nice to have" and add-ons such as food. My recommendation is to go to a different vet as I

If you are contemplating bringing your pets here for any type of surgery, I would highly advise against it. I brought my 5 month old kitten in for surgery and had him returned to me with a deep cut in the pad of his right paw. When I brought him back due to excessive bleeding, I was charged $150 for an examination and bandage. When I confronted the vet about the cut, she denied ever seeing a cut after his surgery and put the blame on me for not keeping him locked up in a cage after his surgery. The bleeding persisted for 1 week after having him bandaged so I began to care for the wound myself with

We've had 4 different vets since we started going here 8 years ago. The most recent vet suggested something that contradicted what a previous vet told us never to do. But what is now most disturbing is we've switched to a new vet and the special diet food we order for our dog is $12 cheaper than at Heritage (exact same bag). We also go a much better quote at the new place for my dog's dental surgery and after the procedure we paid very close to the low end of the quote. A friend of mine told me Heritage was more expensive and this proves it.
