Here are some questions/answers that we are frequently asked. If you have additional questions that aren't covered here, please feel free to give us a call at Wingrove Veterinary Services. Our hospital is open Monday and Wednesday 8am-6pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8am - 6pm and Saturdays 8 - 2pm.
Our front office is open and spacious. Our radiology room and registered veterinary technicians are ready especially in the event of an emergency! For both routine and emergency surgeries our surgeons are ready. We are pleased to offer you not only soft tissue surgery but also a variety of orthopedic surgery options as well.
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time. For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available.

If you want to be quoted $200 to spay your dog only to have to pay $600+ when you show up for the appointment this is the place for you. Also expect to be told the person you spoke with about the quote over the phone isn't at this location and you must be mistaken. Seems that my experience isn't the only one as I have noticed another review stating the same thing happened to them . How many other people have had this happen to them?

This is the best vets in Ontario. The owner Sabrina Piombo is absolutely amazing. She has been our pups vet for about 15 years. I've had many dog come snd go sadly but Wingrove always there with a caring voice The front desk is always willing to help especially Jordan. If my pups need their nails trimmed , Jenny is my choice. She is an lovely vet tech She's ready to cuddle my puppers I don't know what else to say. I have moved over an hour away snd still take my pup there Wingrove is amazing , awesome, caring , very knowledgeable. The very best !! Thank you Wingrove

Wingrove Vet exceeded my expectations!! I was so impressed by their curbside process. It is so streamlined and yet they do not sacrifice the personal touch. I called when I got there as instructed, they came straight out and took my dog (Ruby) inside. Within a couple of minutes the vet (Dr. Lisa Krill) called me to discuss the vaccines, the exam and any other concerns I had and let me know she would call me back if there was anything to discuss after the exam. I love them all.
They saved my dogs life and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg even though they probably could have gotten away with it.
I will always bring my pets to them for as long as I can. I drive from Kitchener to see them even though I could go to hundreds of closer vets.

The vets and techs at this vet are amazing! They are absolute sweethearts and genuinely care about your pets health. Their prices are great, they are always super accommodating with appointment times, and always make sure to call and check up on how the pets are doing after seeing them!

Very nice staff, I came to get a second opinion for my dog's illness. It was mostly ok, but I had a feeling that the doctor did not want to say anything different than my regular vet. I told them I like and respect my vet a lot and I am not after anything other than to make sure my dog is in good care, but still yet, I felt like she was hesitant to give any of her recommendation. Still good though.
