Nice little spa for a relaxing massage. Very clean and calm and Javier gave me a great deep tissue massage and was very attentive to the spots I asked him to focus on the most.

Worst massage I have ever had. The RMT kept going away every few minutes in between the massage which was very distracting and annoying. Not a relaxing experience at all. In the massage itself, there was absolute no pressure on the body, didnt even feel like I got a massage. When I gave feedback to the reception, they didnt care. Good luck running a business like this.

The massage service did not meet my standard expectations (considering it was on the higher end of what I usually pay) and it felt more like a body oil rub instead of a massage. It felt short - closer to 30 mins than the 45 mins that I payed for. When I ask the rmt Sara for a one hour massage, she said okay and did not give me a heads up that she will only have 30 mins at hand or ask if I am ok with the time she can dedicate, hence it felt even more disappointing when she rushed everything under 30 mins. Other than that, the place was very clean, well maintained and had a nice ambience.

We came here with my fiancé for a couples massage. We had a lovely time, the facilities were clean, staff were friendly and our masseuse & masseur were both good. Due to Covid their sauna is closed, I would have loved to relax there but hopefully will come back after the pandemic is over.

I was arranging a spa day for a friend's birthday and found it unbelievably difficult to book services for a group at other spas. I came across Novo Spa, saw the great reviews, and gave them a call. The person who answered the phone was professional and helpful and immediately helped me book services and arrange the day day for our group (two women/ two men). This was my first massage, had the couples massage, I really have nothing to compare it to but, I will say, I enjoyed the massage. So did my partner, he could not stop smiling, after the treatment. We had a… good laugh, because I teased him about possibly falling asleep, during the massage, but guess who fell asleep??🙈🙈🙈 sure was not him. I actually heard myself snoring and woke up... lol My boo stated he felt lighter after the treatment, so I will have to treat him to another massage in the near future.

My first visit to Toronto included booking some appointments at Novo. We were staying downtown and it seemed all the spas in the area were booked on Saturday and Sunday (my own fault for waiting too long), but it led me here so it all worked out. I made an appointment for gel mani pedi. Got to the spa to find they don't do gel pedi! Ok. I'll get a regular pedi and gel mani. They refuse to do my pedi first! As we all know you need time to dry esp with now a regular pedi. Why wouldn't they do do it first ? Don't know. There were plenty of chairs open. I didn't have time to wait for the dry time as she insisted to do nails first so I had to cancel pedi..

Horrific experience at Novo Spa. This was supposed to be a super relaxing birthday spent at the spa and turned out to be the most unpleasant experience. DO NOT COME HERE! I used to love Novo as my go-to for a great, relaxing RMT in Toronto. They’ve gone so downhill in customer service recently I won’t be going back. In Feb., they ruined a surprise Valentine’s package by telling me about it while I was there for an entirely unrelated appointment earlier in the month. I had arranged a couple's package as a Valentine's Day surprise and made the mistake of telling them my partner's name when I booked. They simply said they wanted to write down the names so they knew who to expect. Fair enough. But a week before the appointment, my partner called to book an appointment for herself and the receptionist volunteered the information that she was coming in soon for a couple's package treatment. What I love best about this spa is the super friendly service and serene atmosphere. The massage was really good the room amenities, including the rainforest cascade, steam, body jets and colour light therapy shower was excellent. The complimentary tea was a nice bonus as well.

Went for a couples massage found the massage 'ok'. Treatment wasn't consistent did a technique on one side she didnt do on the other side even though she was RMT. The lounge itself only had room for 2 other couples. My husband had to stand and wait for our treatments no place to sit and enjoy! super small sauna only room for 2 people. If you have been to Stillwater or Ritz Carlton dont come here you will be disappointed. Also who serves peanuts in a lounge and wasabi peas. So many people have allergies what about dried fruit or chips.

Lovely, on the pricier side even for the area but worth it. Clean, beautiful facilities. I saw Janet for a 90 minute prenatal and she was really great, very accommodating, listened to what my health conditions and problem areas were and did an awesome job helping me relax. They even give you a snack when you're done!

Very nervous getting a pregnancy massage. The RMT was very reassuring and attentive. The facility is very clean and calming. Various teas and flavored waters were available. I never felt rushed to leave after my massage. Ill definitely go back after having my baby

My husband and I came for the taste of heaven treatment. This included a 60 minutes couples massage, 15 minute foot scrub and massage, and a couples shower for 20 minutes in the massage room. The total of this was $300. You can claim the 60 minute massage if you have extended health benefits.

We got to the place a bit late, so we only had 45 mins of massage. However, they are really nice and only charge us the 45 mins of service.

After massage, we relax in the women's lounge and then moved to the tea room to chat and enjoy their tea + snack. And after that, we finished our spa day with relaxing chat in color steam room.

They only have 1 shower room, so make sure you are prepared when you come with big groups.
However, overall it was a great and relaxing experience. I would defnitely come back again!

Had a really good time. Too bad it was only for a short period of time but I would definitely recommend to a friend. The interiors are clean, the staff are warm accommodating, love their teas too! And most importantly, the massage therapist were good with their hands and are attentive to the customers.

The massage was average, I didnt feel relaxed or really great or anything as such... their shampoo is pretty bad.. so plz get yours... I may or may not go here again.. staff is really nice and friendly.. didnt like their oils much... all in all OK

Got a mani/express pedi here the day before a wedding and it was such a good time. They did all 4 of us girls at the same time, were fast and friendly. The chairs for the pedis are like amusement park rides HOLY MASSAGE!!! Incredible.

The massage ladies were lovely, a little soft but overall they were very professional and nice.
The front desk ladies however, were very rude. Very impatient when I tried to ask some questions about RMT services, and didn't seem like she wants to talk to the customers.

My husband and I decided to get couples massage there as a part of our anniversary celebration. We bought "Taste of Heaven" package for 2, if I recall correctly, it was about $300 and included body massage, foot massage, and couples shower. The place looks nice, but we had to wait for 15 min until massage therapists showed up (I guess they were running late with previous clients) and they ended body massage 10 min earlier (we didn't say anything as we were in celebratory mood).
